The Mermaid and the Mangrove forest were the highlights. The narration was very good. The attention given by the crew was outstanding

The boat ride was nice through the mangroves but the engine was deafening. The small submarine ride made our kids sick as the water was choppy. Fishes and reefs were ok but if you’ve been to Belize, Bahamas etc you will be disappointed but lack of variety and colour of fishes and corals.

This was a terrible excursion! While the workers were friendly, most of the time spent on this excursion is going and coming to the sub. Then you have about 15 minutes of looking at unspectacular coral and a few fish. The submarine is very unstable and rocks you from side to side, About 1/3 of the people on board said they felt seasick. I have been on this type of excursion on other islands and did not have this type of issues. Don't waste your time or money!

It was cancelled & no one told us so we went all the way there for no reason. Boo boo, sucked. Should of been notified.

Enjoyed the Mayan pyramids and the beautiful history. Our guide Hesus is excellent. Alonzo is a safe driver. Made our trip enjoyable.

It was okay, it makes you seasick. Also the gas from the submarine was strong that was coming back into the submarine. Gave me a headache.

I will be honest that your tour especially snorkelling was the best experience in my whole Mexico trip. Submarine is good for someone who are affraid of snorkeling and dont want to go into water. It was my first time when I tried snorkelling and there was a young girl who showed me everything and helped me a lot with my fear of water. I was the only last person into snorkeling and I spent 2 hours there and I had a really good time. I'm very grateful but I can't remember the name of guide girl. She showed me every underwater sculpture and we saw 2 turtles, 2 rays and amazing coral reefs. If I will be next time in Cancun I will go snorkelling again for sure with these people. Thank you.

Thank you to the staff at AquaWorld for their professionalism and hospitality. We very much enjoyed our tour. My wife did get seasick, especially on the sub, so if you are prone to this, make sure to take some medication before you go. The staff were great and accommodated us at every turn. My one suggestion is to change the public address system on the sub. It was not possible understand our guide's voice over the speaker. She was easy to understand off the microphone .

This was one of the best excursions that we experienced. This was perfect for families with little children. We had a 30 min boat ride to the submarine. The driver of the boat and the lady assisting were very friendly and accommodating. The ride in the submarine itself was very much entertaining. We took the 1st slot so we were able to see many rare fishes like the rainbow parrotfish along with turtles and sting rays. It was a very fun experience and I highly recommend.

Was a beautiful experience definitely would recommend to everyone I know to do it because I'm not one to do snorkeling so this was perfect for me

It was ok excursion but not great, I expected more thinks to see. The guide should talk more English since there were enough people from U.S so they need to understand what’s going on. Thank you.

The experience was phenomenal! There was a soothing 10 minute boat ride to the sub see boat where the bottom half of the boat was submerged about 10 or 15 feet below the sea surface and then the ride was about 30 min and was very beautiful with only a fraction of the risk of an actual submarine.. We purchased the submarine snorkel combo but we did not snorkel becausewe ultimately didn't feel comfortable. They were not able to accommodate the loss of an activity and I would've appreciated if there was a full customer service in this end..

Our instructor Louis was very fun, playing music serving drinks on the way to the submarine. Pretty cool experience seeing all the beautiful corals under the Water and fish.

It was a fun and exciting tour. For someone who is afraid of open water felt calm.. Staff was very nice as well.

The boat ride out to the "sub" which was in the Caribbean Sea, was great as well as the sub experience. Great crew. The "sub" rocks somewhat, so if you are one that gets seasick, it might not be the experience for you.
