Get into the depths of the Cacahuamipla Grottoes, a natural wonder located just 30 km from Taxco, and admire the amazing rock formations that nature has carved for millions of years.

The Magic Town of Taxco de Alarcón, known as the Theater City, in recognition of the dramatist Juan Ruiz de Alarcón, annually celebrates the Alarconian Days and turns the city into a space for performing arts.
Enjoy Taxco on foot, walk through its cobbled streets, observe its sky-oriented buildings and discover corners worthy of a viceroyalty set.
The cable car is a great alternative to appreciate the excellent panorama and climb towards the Cristo del Cerro Atachi. Here you will have one of the most formidable views of Taxco and its surroundings.

Tenho algumas sugestões para quem vai fazer o tour: As grutas de Cacahuamilpa são enormes, super quentes e úmidas e bem cansativas, com problemas para quem tem limitações físicas. Sugiro ficarem só até a metade do passeio nelas, que já vai valer a pena demais, porque é linda. Não há muito mais de diferente da metade em diante. E vocês aproveitam mais Taxco depois, que é lindíssima e precisa de mais tempo do que o que sobra depois de tanto tempo nas grutas, se fizerem inteiras. Taxco também é uma cidade para comprar prata a bom preço, embora não tenha sido nosso foco nem interesse. Nosso interesse foi história, arquitetura, gastronomia e arte popular, e Taxco tem muito a mostrar nisso tudo! Pena que tivemos pouco tempo, depois das grutas.M2005JYchristopherj

Our guide Juan Carlos picked us up on time , we were greeted with a clean vehicle and a box of water bottles, hand sanitizer and candy's. Hes a very good driver, knows about the region and will make suggestions along the way and is willing to adapt. As mentioned in the post the entrance fee ...
Our guide Juan Carlos picked us up on time , we were greeted with a clean vehicle and a box of water bottles, hand sanitizer and candy's. Hes a very good driver, knows about the region and will make suggestions along the way and is willing to adapt. As mentioned in the post the entrance fee tor the grotto is not included, make sure to go on an off day and early. In taxco he recommended us a nice restaurants it can be deemed pricey but its worth it. It has magnificent views and the food is good. (For the eyes of guys only - my gf is high maintenance and he was very accommodating when she need to stop for x reason , save yourself the headache.) I highly recommend his service.
