Absolutely crap! For days nobody would return a call or message. I arrived 30 minutes prior to our take off and they had already left. Still haven’t heard back from anyone. Don’t waste your money! They’re a scam

The website showed a sale timer for 6 PM. However, the last sale time is 5 PM with the actual operator of the boat. Do not recommend this third-party vendor.

Great tour. Shout out to Manuel Alejo Estrada for the recommendation and getting us the booking. The tour was perfect to get a close up sunset view of the famous Arch and a Perfect Sunset. The crew abroad were professional and really helpful , skipper was a professional and hand was very attentive

Terrible as this trip was not completed because we couldn’t locate the meeting point, despite having a taxi driver plus locals at the address listed assist us. So as a tourist, one would think you could contact the operator at the phone number listed on the voucher, nope, not the case in this situation. We tried from many different phones to reach ANYONE but the listed number was inoperable. To make matters worse, VIATOR is refusing to refund my $276 for this tour (for 4 ppl). Word of advise, don’t book any México torus online, just wait until you arrive to the country, that way you can simply go to the marina and hire someone to provide a tour on the spot. I’m being penalized when location instructions were muddy at best.

We originally pick a fajitas and sunset booze cruise but Francisco and Ricardo picked a different one for us and it was AWESOME!!! We had such a good time, food was amazing drinks were good. We danced around the boat with everyone, made new friends. Everyone working on the boat were sooo nice. I would highly recommend this. The ride and scenery were also nice and beautiful.

I will need a refund. I called and never got an answer. My ticket stated 6:00 pm but the boat left at 5.00. Very upsetting....

We chose this cruise because food was optional and we weren’t interested in food. Drinks were okay, not great but there didn’t seem to be a limit on them. We were fortunate to see a family of whales and the boat operator slowed down and allowed us to get quite close which was really great. The sunset was lovely and the colors of the sky along with the lights of the city were really breathtaking. The host/guide made an effort to create a real party atmosphere which we could have done without. Would have been happy just to enjoy the scenery!

Be aware if you buy this you do not get food. We were never offered an upgrade to pay for the food aboard, I even called the night before (since the description says food is optional) and she told me the excursion I booked did not have food, I took this as there was no food aboard. Good thing we had planned accordingly and didn’t expect to have food aboard because we were the only 2 people on the entire boat not able to eat. The boat is big and had enough seating for everyone with a great vantage point from all seats. This is NOT a party trip, very low key compared to the other boats that passed us. There are a couple photographers taking candid pictures at all times and then they try to sell them to you for $25 for 2 pictures; just take photos on your phone/camera for free.

It was a nice cruise. Lasted a bit over 2 hours. We got lucky and ran into a school of dolphins. The boat operator slowed down and spent a few extra minutes for everyone to take pictures. The main attraction was the Cabo Arch. Again the boat spent a few minutes to let everyone get their picture taken in front of the arch. The staff was very friendly and brought you all the drinks you wanted. We didn't get food but it looked like they had burgers, hot dogs and Mexican fare. The only small gripe is that "included" drinks were Pacifico Light beer and bunch of sugary alcoholic drinks. Not very good choices. You could pay additional money for liquor and wine though.

Jesus Duarts linked us and we had a blast. The trip was fun, exciting, and entertaining. We actually met great people and talked about our experience the entire vacation. I recommend the agency for all travelers.

This was a nice cruise. They play music and also have a buffet (for an extra $10.00 a person.). They have an open bar and you get right up to the Arch to take beautiful pictures. Definitely enjoyed my time and this was the most beautiful activity that I did while in Los Cabos.

Ok it is basically a booze cruise but so much fun. I had very low expectations given the price we paid. I did think we would do more sight seeing on the sail but the sail was beautiful and the sights gorgeous especially with the sun setting . You basically sail out and park and party till the sun sets and sail back. If you don't like to drink or loud party/dance music where everyone starts to dance this isn't the cruise for you. We had my 23 year old daughter and boyfriend with us so we had a blast. Everyone was standing up doing the Macarena at one point. The drinks were good and free and they go around and give everyone free tequila shots of really good tequila. I will say the boat was much nicer than I expected and we were definitely having more fun than the other boats out for the sunset cruise. We saw all ages but I would say it was more of a younger crowd. Personally I am glad we choose this trip and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Definitely recommend eating dinner before the cruise or after. The food was not very good and not worth the price.

The escusrions by Gray Lines were awesome. Gray Lines were our transportation from and to airport. Very proffesional/safe. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Mr Luis Aguillar that took us to one of the escusrions as a guide. Great Person and very knowledgeable. Tipped him well, he deserved it. The Wild Canyon experience was awesome only if you like atv/utv's and dont mind getting dusty. Also their small humble zoo is pretty nice. Special thanks to young Miguel the zoo keeper. Let us feed a giant turtle and feed dozens of exotic birds. you will not regret. The evening dinner cruise boat was exceptional. Live music top deck. And if you can dance, well you will have the best experience ever watching the sunset.. AWESOME.......

Fun tour. But don't book through Viator, total nightmare. Wait until you get to Cabo, many tours available.

Nice crew but boat is really weak and way too crowded.

The boat was really nice, a large cat. There was plenty of space and the crew was very nice and energetic. We didn't see much of a sunset because of the cloud, but that was just luck of the draw. The tour did not include food, but they charged 10 each person fro freshly grilled meat or fish taco. Highly recommend it.

A complete rip-off!
Ok - the weather was bad and we didn't see any sunset but all we did was motor around in one spot in the bay about 1/2 mile offshore. The music was way too loud you couldn't talk to anyone and everyone just got drunk! At end the crew came around and rattled a tip box about 3 inches from your face. It certainly wasn't what I expected. Don't go if the weather doesn't look good.
