We had a great time. This was a really personal, great experience and we really enjoyed that. We made some great food and great margaritas! Issi was a great teacher/chef.

An absolutely amazing experience! This adventure with Issi surpassed any of our expectations. Our group ages ranged from 10 to 75 and everyone had a blast. It was easy to find our meetup location with parking nearby. We traveled to multiple locations to buy the food that we used in our culinary adventure which was exciting and a great experience as these markets differ greatly from what we are used to in the US. Our experience cooking the food was awesome. Everyone got to be involved, we learned about different ways of prepping food and cooking it and got to eat something amazing that we had a hand in making. I highly recommend this activity and would absolutely do it again.

WOW!!! This is so much more than a cooking class, it's a party! Live music, unlimited margaritas, Delicious tacos, and the staff are the best! Fully hands on, you make your guacamole, Pico, Margaritas, meat, tortillas, ect.... Would do this again in a heartbeat and would give it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

If I could give this experience 100 stars, I would! This was the highlight of my entire trip. Carolina was absolutely amazing, made us feel like we were home, and was also very informative. The food was absolutely amazing and the best margarita I have ever had.

There was so much packed into this experience and we enjoyed all of it. The chef was personable and did a nice job at teaching us and keeping things moving at a good pace. The food was fantastic.

What a great experience with Issy! Went around to different markets to get ingredients for our class, we made the best margaritas ive ever had with fresh limes, pico di gaio, freshly made guacamole, then a.26 ingredient Brown Mole, which was amazing, for dessert fresh made churns. Got to meet his beautiful wife and three sweet children. If you enjoy food this ones for you. So much food couldn't finish it all.

This was the best excursion we have taken. We went to a tortilla bakery, market to purchase fresh veggies and spices, meat market for fresh pork and dough for corn tortillas. We the were taken to the chefs lovely home to help prepare and then eat the meal. Delicious quac and salsa recipes. We saw a part of Cabo we would not have seen on our own. The entire family was so friendly. Best margaritas and will now only use fresh lime juice. Awesome experience.

What a fun, authentic, warm and delicious experience. Carolina is a talented chef and the cooking class was way more than I was expecting. I truly recommended for the food and for the fun. Being in an authentic family mexican home was my most memorable part. Do not miss it.

This cooking class, as usual was excellent. It was the 6th time we experienced Issi's great class. Each day of the week is a different menu, so next year we're going to ask the chef in advance for something new. It's fun, the margaritas are terrific, of course, as is the hands-on experiences of cooking most of the items. Bravo again chef!

So great! We often cook Mexicn food and this vaca experience added great tips and tricks....loved it! Nice group of people invested in cooking, delicious recipes we will use in the future! Thanks!

I give this a 5! Our chef was very engaging and a fine cook. We made a 5 course meal with margaritas… need I say more?! We were a group of 11 , and started out as strangers but ended as friends over the meal. We started the experience in a tortilla factory where rolled the dough and sampled the fresh, hot tortillas. Next to the local market where we learned about our fresh meat and vegetables and spices. In the Chef’s home We made fresh salsa , made 2 types of guacamole, pork carnitas, beef biriani with, all with fresh tortillas that we made. We learned about the different types of tequila and were able to make them anytime . It was a lot of fun😄

Great experience - shopping for the ingredients as a group, going back to Carolina’s brother’s house and her Mum was there to help wash up and prepare food. Interesting people on the tour - we had a good chat whilst preparing food.

We had an awesome time with Chef Carolina. We got to go to the local flour tortilla producer, followed by the market for meat and produce, then to her brothers house to turn all that into fresh margaritas, al pastor, carnitas, two salsas and homemade corn tortillas! Everything was delicious and we came away with a ton of recipes we plan to make at home. A great cooking class and we learned a lot!

Everything was awesome, the organization and planning, the sumptuous and plentiful food, the delightful opportunity to share in the preparation and cooking, the skillful and friendly staff, the wonderful live music, unlimited margaritas!! An absolutely perfect Cabo experience!!
