Miriam was warm and genuine, and generous with her time. The Teleferico was initially closed and we waited quite awhile and had to return later that day. She did not seem to mind the delay and was always good natured, informative and a pleasure to be with.

Luis was prompt, professional and friendly. He has been a guide in Ecuador for over 20 years and his knowledge of the history of Quito was impressive. He spoke English perfectly. We had a great day!

Adorei!
