Burgundy Wines Full-Day Tasting Tour from Dijon

Enjoy a full-day wine tasting tour of the historic Burgundy wine region, with round-trip transfers from Dijon.

Start your tour with a breathtaking views over the Corton hills of the Cote de Beaune, famous for its red and white Grand Cru wines. During the day, you will sample 9 to 12 white wines and Pinot noirs, including premiere and Grand Cru wines. You will also visit the cellars of a family-run wine estate to see the aged oak barrels and vintage wines.

Then, enjoy lunch (own expense) and some free time in the historic town of Beaune, Burgundy’s wine capital. Your guide will suggest the best places to eat, and advise you about the local dishes and cheeses.

You are free to do as you like in Beaune, but a visit to the mustard-makers of La Moutarderie Fallot (closed on Sundays) is highly recommended. As you wander the old town, you will find traditional shops selling local produce, such as blackcurrant liquor, mustard, honey spice cake, and Flavigny aniseed.

Excellently run, really informative, great wines
Great day with a personable and knowledgeable guide.
Smooth but slow
It was a pleasant trip. But I would love to know more historical information about the region. More stops in villages. And proper excursion in Beaune.
Learned so much
A great day from start to finish with an excellent guide and some great wines
Nice tour but not perfect
Very nice and knowledgeable tour! Really suitable for first time come to Burgundy’s person, it can help you understand lots of history, wine type, terroir... etc. about Burgundy! But I think the wine tasting can be more attractived for the tourist, cause we just have try only one Grand Cru’s wine in 12 different wine, a little bit disappointed. Although most of wine is really good taste and high quality, but still not enough you know.
Jeremy shared with us a beautiful introduction to the wines of Burgundy. Excellent local knowledge, walks at the vineyard for a first-hand view of what distinguishes some plots from others, smaller producers from larger ones (most are small), and two tastings that were clearly curated by an industry insider for a spectrum of tasting experience and discussion. Much appreciated and highly recommend!!
An amazing day!
I loved everything about our wine tour! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and spoke perfect English. She brought us to domains that we would have never been able to go to if we were by ourselves. A note for my fellow Americans who have traveled to the Napa/Sonoma areas, or any wineries in the US - wineries are not the same here as they are in the US, as many require an appointment. There are not many signs that tell you were you can stop and where you cannot. So booking a tour with a local resident that has inside knowledge is the only way to go in my opinion when traveling here. I can honestly say I have never learned so much about wine in one day.

An amazing day learning about Burgundy wine and region! Awesome guide, Leonie (so?). Thank YOU!
We felt that we had been ripped off.
We only got to 2 wine tastings, our guide was knowable about french wines but didn't understand were we were coming from. we felt that the 2 1/2 hour by ourselves at Bonn was too long. for the money spent it would have been better for everyone to have a lunch together.

Beautiful country, wonderful wines, great guide!
GetYourGuide did a very nice job accommodating the 8 of us on this tour. They made arrangements to pick us up in St. Jean de Losne and return us back there after the tour. The van they picked us up with was large enough for all 8 of us and very comfortable. Hubert, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the area, history and wines of the region, spoke excellent English and was a pleasure to be with. He also provided us with water throughout the tour and croissant’s at our first stop (very appreciated). At our stop in Beaune for lunch he gave us great information on restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. The tours of the wineries where both fun and educational and of course the wines where spectacular. All prices where as quoted with no suprises. Overall we enjoyed the tour, wines and tour guide very much and will use them again in the future.
