Stop At: Bolzano Walks, 39100 Bolzano Italy
Meet up with your guide to begin your walking tour, which offers an overview of Bolzano history and wine tradition. Your first food stall stop will present you with the opportunity to taste a Wuerstel (sausage), which is a typical example of Austrian and German tradition. Moving along, you will then visit a local bread producer where you'll enjoy a very special type of bread, Schuettelbrot. Next, you will head on over to the Franciscan Church. While here you will gain some knowledge about one of its famous guests. Afterwards, pop into the town’s oldest bakery to taste some local sweets and cakes. Continuing on, you’ll walk along the medieval street for your next stop, a popular Trattoria for a very Italian Happy hour with bruschette and a local cocktail. In addition to your food journey, discover the Medieval arcades and stop at the town's oldest Inn for a beer tasting.

Wir hatten diese unglaubliche Tour mit Claudia für 4 Personen gebucht und hatten aus der Beschreibung auf TripAdvisor bei weitem nicht die Information zu einzelnen Stops, oder Verlauf der Tour gehabt. Ich denke dass, es da auch möglicherweise je nach Herkunftsland der Gruppe Unterschiede gibt. Ist aber nur eine Vermutung. Unsere Tour, Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Stops an verschiedenen Lokalen, Köstlichkeiten inklusive Auswahl und Empfehlungen an Getränken und an Spezialitäten aus Bolzano, Ablauf und Aufbau von deftig bis süß und alkoholischen Getränken waren einfach fantastisch. Kleinigkeiten hier und da, Platten mit verschiedenen Variationen alle Geschmackssinne wurden aktiviert und keiner ist hungrig oder unzufrieden geblieben. Grandios. Wir haben uns überraschen lassen und das ist der Claudia gelungen. Sie macht es mit so viel Spaß und Freude. Es ist definitiv eine einzigartige street food Tour mit ein paar Extras wie Geschichte von Bolzano, Geheimtipps und garantiert guter Laune. Einfach toll, unvergesslich und unvergleichlich. While it did not have as much history involved as some other walking tours I have been on in other cities and places the host was very friendly and nice, the food amazing and overall a fantastic experience. Only reason it got a 4 not a 5 as I would have loved to hear more about the town, and the history/culture that has made it what it is today. But other than that, great food, people and well worth the money spent for a fun day walking, talking and eating. Well recommended for anyone in the area keen to skip the tourist traps and find the nice hidden secrets that every town has that the local know and find!My friends and I had a great time on this tour!
