He met me at the airport after midnight and took me to my hotel. He picked me up and arranged a Covid test for me before my half day tour. He drove me to and from other experiences I booked. And he picked me up at 3 AM for my 6 AM flight home. The entire time, he was friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. I can’t say enough about Luis. What makes this tour unique is that Luis is an excellent story teller and this brings to life the different places that you visit. He weaves in both personal and cultural anecdotes which was well suited to my partner who was on her first visit to Colombia. I really cannot recommend Luis Felipe highly enough! He was such a wonderful, knowledgable, honest, and professional guide. He customized our tour based on what we wanted to see and it was incredible. We felt safe the entire time, and best of all, well informed about the amazing history and bright future of this beautiful country. We visited the Gold Museum (and stopped for coffee at the lower level cafe beforehand!), then toured La Candelaria, Plaza Bolivar, saw lots of amazing street art, and had freshly made empanadas - YUM! We then visited Monserrate which was probably our favorite. Such a beautiful view of the large city below! Luis Felipe was always touching base with me along the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted out of the tour. He truly was amazing and the tour was worth every penny!
