Terrible experience don’t book!!!!! Bus pickup never showed up… we arrived at pickup location and waited for an hour past the supposed arranged pickup time and still no sign of the bus. after complaining to the man who gave us the details for the trip he finally replies saying our bus had a delay but over 2/3 hours and not informing us? That is just a ridiculous excuse. Luckily viator were good and provided great customer service in clearing everything up and issued us a full refund. Would not recommend.DidierVanlancker

Wir haben nicht dran teilgenommen, weil der Bus uns nicht vom Hotel abgeholt hat. Jetzt kriegen wir nicht mal unser Geld zurückerstattet.
