Logistics was well organized, but as with most things, it's people that make the difference, and we certainly were in the good hands of a very professional trio. Big thanks to Itamar for the explanations in both English and Spanish and for pulling double duty as guide/driver; Miriam for managing our time expertly in Bethlehem, getting us through some horrendous queues at the Church of the Nativity while delivering explanations in English, Spanish and French; and last but not least, Ahmed's safe driving and keeping us all comfortable on his clean, comfortable bus. Our group had evening flights to catch, so the great time management was very much appreciated.

Great tour guide learned a lot about Israel history and the ins and outs of the country, very knowledgeable guide!

I was told to read up history and the Bible before visiting Israel. Unfortunately I didn't do that but on this tour the excellent guide Itamar more than made up. He kept us absolutely engaged through the tour and made sure we understood the significance of every place we visited. He made history come alive with his engaging and often humorous narrative. Also loved Miriam who was the local guide in Bethlehem...her efficiency in queue management and ensuring no second is wasted is just unparalleled! Thanks to Itamar, the lovely driver Ahmad and Bein Harim our rather complicated return journey was very well managed with multiple transfers and drop offs, that too on Sabbath. Very grateful and thankful for a fantastic trip!

My husband and I did a 7 day tour with this company and Dan was by far our favorite guide! He is so knowledgeable, thorough, funny and was always open to answering questions. You can tell he loves what he does and wants the best experience for his group! I would highly recommend booking this tour with Dan. Not only were the sights once in a lifetime places to see, but he truly made the day unforgettable!

This tour was amazing! There were so many spots with bits of history of which I was completely unaware. My guide Dan was the best! He was informative and friendly, which is the perfect combo if you ask me. He even remembered my name for the whole day. 10/10, I highly recommend this tour.

It was a great experience! Itamar was a very great guide with awesome explanations and he also tried to make the trip a very fun experience.

Wasted time in pick ups and mandatory shopping in a bethlehem christian store selling authentic stuff so much so that could not enter the catholic church. Bus did not stop to see the banksy art on the separation wall. At Jericho, the food at restaurant was oily and expensive. Timing was so bad that we were climbing a small hill to see the 10000 bc walls in peak afternoon at 2-3pm. Guide was more concerned about tips and talking about his own achievements in photography. Shall remember this as one of my worst tours for a long time.

Bethlehem tour was very disappointed. Not well planned. Time wasted in the morning (late pickup). The tour guide Itamar's main motive was to help the local businesses (shopping). Due to this we missed the most sacred and important places in Bethlehem (once in a life time opportunity). I would not recommend this tour to anyone who wants visit Bethlehem to worship (as a pilgrimage). In my view the tour guide's explanation regarding the other places and history was biased.

We were asked to meet up at local pick up point, then transferred to an air conditioned bus which was very comfortable. This process didn’t take too long. Our guide was Itamar Buk a friendly, confident young man. He was very knowledgeable and kept everyone entertained during the journey with his great sense of humour. The tour was very interesting, we were taken to Bethleham to see the Sheperd’s field and The Church of Nativity. In Bethleham our guide changed temporarily to a Palestinian guide Mariam, she was also very knowledge. She explained the history and the importance of these locations. We were given time to wonder around and take photographs. There was a short stop at a souvenir shop. The journey continued to the Jordan River and Jericho. Lunch was at the Temptation Restaurant in Jericho. All very interesting, we enjoyed our day!

We had the occasion to follow Jonathan (aka Jo Jo) on the Jerusalem tour. He know all the story of the city and is making the tour very interesting and rich. He give time for doing break and enjoy the views, always happy to discuss and give even more info's, we highly recommend anybody to group on a tour with him.

We have no words to describe how wonderful was spend the day with Dan Porges , he is a gentleman . We thank to him to make our trip unforgettable. ❤️

What an emotion to visit all these historical sites with a guide that transposes you into this time. Dan is a knowledgeable guide, has an eye for details, gives a local flavour into today’s reality and has a big heart. Moreover he is adapting fast to the environment, and takes the best decisions for the timing of the visits so that the group he leads does not have to wait for too long in lines . Great experience, highly recommended.

Dan was an exceptional tour guide ... he was extremely knowledgeable, and together with Miriam (who joined us just for the Bethlehem part of the trip), made it a very enjoyable day.

Ihave travelled a lot and took many tours and this one was the worst. Firstly: their pick-up logistics is unbelievable!!! BEINHARIM TOURS was the operator. We lost more than one hour gathering people. They first gave us a meeting point. From there they took us to another place where, after waiting for 20 minutes, they finally distributed us into the different buses. Secondly: They sell you the tour "in Spanish" but that is a big fat lie. From Jerusalem to Bethehem, the guide only spoke English. In Bethehlem we picked up the Spanish guide but they told us that in Jericho everything would be in English. This is commercial dishonesty. Thirdly, as soon as we arrived to Bethelem they took us to the Shepherd's field. We spend 20 minutes there and they immediaty took us to the gift store from where they might be getting their commissions. I do not have anything against them getting commissions if they do not harm me. We spent so much time there that when we finally arrived to the church, we had to do everything rushing because they were closing soon!!! Forthly, they did not take us to Jericho and the Jordan river. Everything was confusing. They said there were shootings in Jericho and that it was closed. We googled and could not find anything about Jericho's shooting. I think they were lying to us about Jericho as they did with the "tour in Spanish". Without consulting us, they decided to take us to the Dead Sea to compensate for Jericho. Nobody wanted to go to the Dead Sea. We asked them to take us to our pick-up point. Some of us were getting really upset about everything. Jericho was just the cherry on top of the cake. We asked to be reimbursed. They offered, instead, to give us the same tour for free the following week. They are in the tourism business and knew that most of us would not be in Jerusalem the following week. I do not know if they were lying about Jericho or not but it felt as if they did. Firstly, lunch was supposed to take place in Jericho. Since Jericho was suspended they took us for lunch to a place close to the church. It was a Buffet place. It was just us there and two more small tables. How did the restaurant knew to have all the food they had ready for us????Secondly, the guide told us that he talked to the military in Jericho trying to convince them to let us in and he said that the answer was an absolute NO, But when the situation on the bus was getting ugly with the passengers who were requesting a refund, the driver stopped the bus and said that considering the situation, he decided he would take us to Jericho...... So....... was it possible to go or not????? Of course, there were people on the bus that would not go to Jericho if there was a small possibility of any problem. EVERYTHING on this tour was not right. I strongly recommend to check the name of the operator. Keep away from BEINHARIM TOURS

The trip was very memorable as a Christian. Mr Dan Porges is an excellent guide. He is both funny and informative.
