Great tour of the city. Virginia was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. She helped us understand the history of Florence.

EXTREMELY sweet and knowledgeable as well. Needs to be more decisive and take charge. Often would not take the lead as we would want her to. Would sometimes wander in discussion about unimportant things. Be more assertive and decisive while still keeping your sweet and kind nature. We have taken many tours while in Italy.

Dina proved to be an exceptional tour guide during our time in Florence! Despite my mom's recent knee replacement surgery slowing us down, Dina was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our pace.

Art has been a large part of my life ( I am 67) both professionally and as a personal interest. The Renaissance plays a very important role for the development of art and culture in the Western civilization and I can't think of a better guide, than Matteo to find the hidden treasures of The Renaissance in Florenz. He took us to beautiful and interesting places that not even born Florentines can find! What I like the most with Matteos guiding was that the whole experience was thoughtfully planned according to our wishes. I can highly recommend Matteo!

My mom had mobility issues and Dina helped facilitate a wheelchair rental for us. She went above and beyond her actual job to make sure my mom was comfortable which was super appreciated. For the hidden gems tour she offered the idea of a golf cart ( extra charges c/o user ) . The cart with Dina was the winner!!! Dina is super knowledgeable for anything and everything Florentine! We felt we learned so much about Florence because of her and her love of the city and ART! She offers local knowledge to the best bistecca, leather and even jewelry! My mom’s favorite Italian city is now Florence and credit goes to Dina!

Fedrica is lovely and she really knows Florence. We thought it would be great for someone local to introduce us to Florence as we will be spending several days there. She gave us insights and historical bits on the various places she brought to. It added colour to Florence which we would never have otherwise known. Wonderful!!! Very much recommended and you get to see little known parts of Florence

Marco gave us a great introduction to Florence. We went through many parts of the city. Stopped by a local shop for some food and drinks. What I like about Marco was that he engaged our teenagers with questions and that made the tour more enjoyable. The adults also learned a lot too. Highly recommended tour guide.

One of my neighbors suggested that we try withlocals for our visit to Florence. I am so glad we took his advise. Zeynep Arzu was very punctual. She knows her history and has a wealth of knowledge and about her city. She took us to places that were off the beaten path and we really enjoyed exploring with her. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Zeynep and highly recommend her.

Our guide for a 3 hour tour of Florence's iconic sights as well as other interesting places was Matteo. He was absolutely great. Extremely knowledgeable with many interesting anecdotes to tell on the history of Florence, the Medici family and of course the famous art and statues that abound in this incredible city. It was a real pleasure for us to meet him. Not only was he great at his job but he was most considerate and generous as well exceeding expectations.

Our group of 4 adults had a delightful 3 hour morning tour with Dina. She answered our questions online quickly, and was very responsive to our personalization requests. She gave us exactly the tour we requested and them some! She was born in Florence, and her perspectives were great. She also, made a suggestion to change our lunch location and made a reservation at a wonderful place. She, also recommended how to structure the rest of our afternoon which made our day perfect!

We had a great day with Matteo! He shared so much information about the city's history, art, landmarks and local restaurants. It truly enhanced our trip and helped us enjoy Florence much more than if we had toured on our own. Matteo is a wonderful guide!

What a worthwhile experience. Our guide Zeynep was excellent, so knowledgeable & explained the history of Florence very clearly. She was very relaxed & friendly. We saw & learnt about places we would never have seen on our own & being just the two of us we could spend time in places & ask questions easily. So glad we booked this tour.

We loved our time with Cristina. She's knowledgeable, totally engaging, and fun. She gave us some nice recommendations for restaurants and shops as well. Perfect 3 hours and well worth the money and time.

Our tour with Dina exceeded our expectaitons. She was perfectly lovely and ever so knowledgeable. She communicated very well, was personable, and taught us a lot about the history of Florence in a short time. We were so pleased with her recommendations for things to do in the area. We ate at two of the dining establishments that she pointed us toward and could not have been happier with our meals.

Zeynep provided an engaging and knowledgeable introduction to Florence. The tour included a good combination of key sites and delicious ‘real gelato’. We loved the tour. Victoria is very knowledgeable about all things Florence, art especially. She made the city come alive with history, recounting stories that gave context to the magnificent architecture like the duomo and baptistery, but also plain looking buildings we would have walk past without knowing that Michelangelo or the Medici family lived there. It was a great day and I would recommend to anyone new to Florence.

Omar, our guide was amazing. He gave me lots of tips on local restaurants, one we went to, it was totally authentic and the food was so good! He alao had some great suggestions on other things to do while in florence. This was all before we even met him! He is a wonderful story teller and you can see he takes pride in his city. He know so much about it. It was quite fascinating listening and talking to him about florence as we walked around the city. Thank you for taking care of us Omar, we enjoyed hanging out with you in florence. We did the highlights and hidden gems. There is a local tasting antipasti included but we had to end the tour early due to the heat. Omar was great, he did everything to make us comfortable.

Matteo was a wonderful guide! He knows his way around Florence and the history. If we had a question or request, he was accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Matteo.
