We had a terrible experience. We were late 10 minutes. So we walked to the next stop as suggested by the tour guide on the site. Never showed up. Never responded to text or call. Two hours later he offered to pay 50% of tour that never took place!! Highly NOT RECOMENDED!!

We follow the instructions to catch up with him ata the place he told us in case running late and wait for an 1 hour and never pass up.

He gave lots of tips for restaurants and things to do. Full of knowledge not just about Williamsburg but NY in general. My teenage boys loved his stories and knowledge on the tour.
