Very good realy nice expiriance. Incredable atmosfere. Very nice service and amaizyng emotions......!!!
We went at 8:30pm and the trip lasted for 2.5 hours. The food and drinks were superb, especially the main and dessert. The overall experience was surreal, very relaxed and romantic especially when the sunset and it got dark as everything was lit up. I would 100% recommend this to anyone it will be a lifetime memory.
Excellent food and pleasant scenery. There was a variety of options to choose from the menu and I enjoyed each of my 3 courses. The boat ride was wonderful and passing by all the monuments up close at night was beautiful. I would recommend this tour to any friends visiting Paris!
Staff was phenomenal., professional helpful! Wow!!!
This is a must in Paris!!
When we passed Eiffel Tower staff there to assist with pix!
Such a beautiful trip! The service, food, boat and attractions were amazing. Fully recommend to anyone visiting Paris! It’s a must !
This was one of my highlights in Paris. To start with, we had the most knowledge waiter who would tell us a great deal of information, history and hot spots as we cruised down the Seine River. We did have a window seat and I suggest these seats, if not you can definitely see from the middle of the boat. Second of all food, wine, dessert was fantastic. I read there wasn’t enough food on a few reviews, there was plenty of everything. Two bottles of wine, choices of dinner and dessert just perfect. Lastly, thank you Viator! We saw 24 hours before there was going to be heavy rains and we had cancelled and booked for the next evening because they had an opening. This is one reason why I only use Viator’s because you can call them directly and they are accommodating. I had used Viator's in Venice too and was very pleased with their tours.
This was a great experience. We missed the first boat and they were very accommodating and got us on the second boat. The service was very good and our waiter was super nice and gave us French lessons.
We had a wonderful time and our young son said this was the highlight Paris! We definitely recommend it. The live performances were delightful.
While it ended it being a rainy evening, the cruise was still fantastic. The staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. Because of the weather, we were not able to go by the monuments, but we were all given tickets for a free sightseeing cruise that we could use on another day.
It was fantastic! The best service I already had! My wife just loved it!
I hope to come back to Paris and have this experience again!
They also give us free ride on the next day (no dinner)! That was amazing! We also had Lunch in one of their boat restaurant!
If you think to visit the best part of Paris, take this experience like us! You will love it!
The staff and the entire experience was awesome. The Food was extraordinary. The view of the Eiffel Tower was grand.
Had a wonderful time - food was good. Service was great. Wonderful views along the river. The music was fun. Was a great thing to do while in paris for 3 days.
Great evening, Throughly enjoyable consider a window seat but if you cannot stretch yourself it will be okay as the main area is raised so you will still see nicely.
Food was top class not to much nor to little. The waitress was very generous with the wine which was also good quality.
I think considering that one is travelling down the Seine and seeing Paris light up at night this goes down as a world class event, I will say there is not a running commentary of what you are going past so consult the info they give you.
Lastly the on- board entertainment was classy, not intrusive.
It was an amazing time, easy to find and very fancy. The boat took awhile to take off which was a little disappointing, they said it was due to a problem with a water pump. Also we never got any champagne which was in the description, but the experience made up for it. Such a beautiful special experience, definitely recommend!
Awesome experience. Great food. Great service. and great view. I'd recommend the experience to all my fiends.
This was a fun experience for my family of four. It's a splurge for sure, but the food was actually better than I expected. The service was great, and the whole thing was a good time. In addition, one of my kids got sick the day we were scheduled and they let me switch nights at the very last second with totally no hassle. I have to give them extra points for that. Kudos.
We paid for the shared table with 10 people, but we were upgraded to a private table next to window, so that made me super happy! It's a great idea to arrive very early. They started seating and bringing food 30-45 minutes before departure. Being early might be what got us the free upgrade.
The river was too high in late December so the boat had to go west instead of east (missed tourist sites). It was still a lovely ride. We did see the Eiffel Tower. We were given free sightseeing tickets for another day, but like most tourists, we will not be able to use them since we were only in Paris for a few days.
There is a free coat check, but you might want to keep your coat if you want to walk outside on deck in winter.
Food was just ok. I ordered snails, veal, and opera cake. I was not a big fan of their sauce, and both the snails and veal were in the same sauce. Opera cake was tiny.
As to dress, there were people in fur coats and stillettos and there were people in jeans and t-shirts. I'd recommend nice slacks and a polo or sweater, somewhere in the middle.
If you DON'T drink, the waiter will probably be shocked like ours was. We were given free unlimited soft drinks and mocktails instead.
Live music was nice. Our waiter was energetic and he spoke English fluently.
It was definitely one of the nicer boats out on the river. Highly recommend. Enjoyed a nice walk home along the river front afterward due to the transit strike. Nice safe area.
Have done this trip a few times while visiting Paris as it is a great way to see the city whilst having a nice meal. Boat wasn't too busy and service was very good, just wish we had a window seat.
Fantastic experience, very friendly, helpful and polite staff. Music was great and food was amazing. Had a fantastic and amazing night would recommend to any one to go. We chose the champagne option. Had a lovely romantic meal while viewing Paris.
Dinner was excellent. We had a window setting for two. Not rushed. View of city was lovely. A very nice was to relax at the end on our visit to Paris!
It was well organized
We left on time
food was decent and taste it well
Service was great
Our waiter was amazing
Nice ambiance and time and music
Our table was by the window and we had a great view
My husband and I were in Paris on our anniversary. We went on the Bateaux Seine River cruise. It was AWESOME! The ship's staff greeted us as we were boarding the ship. The food was very good and our waiter did a great job on informing us of noted landmarks during the cruise. The photographer took great pictures of us. We normally do not purchase pictures of ourselves however, the pictures were really good. I would highly recommend this cruise if you are planning to visit Paris.
This cruise was very nice, and I am glad that we booked it. The service and food were great, and the views of Paris at night were wonderful.
From the time we stepped onto the boat, until we got off it was a fabulous experience! Went on the dinner cruise and sat by the window. The staff was very friendly and attentive, food was excellent, entertainment set the mood. Our waiter, Flo, explained the buildings, bridges and other points of interest that we passed. Great nighttime experience of Paris! Almost a 2 1/2 hour cruise that was well worth the cost. Highly recommend!! Also they went out of their way to help me find a glove that I lost and voila, was found!!
I chose the Seine River cruise as a surprise for my son and daughter-in law for their 30th wedding anniversary when we' visited from Australia together as a family for the first time. A lovely relaxing evening, great meal, the whole experience did not disappoint.
Our first time celebrating our 23rd Anniversary and it was very romantic with excellent foods, drinks and views.
Quite lovely romantic dinner with live music. Great way to send your trip to Paris!
Highly recommend.
The evening river cruise was outstanding, the food was tasty and the views along the Seine lit up at night were stunning. We even managed a dance - value for money .
The boat was beautiful. Organisation was outstanding. Staff was exceptional. Food and wine were top class with many choices of starter, entree and dessert.
