The Ecolie Seats are good. If desired someone can pay more to be by the window. Due to covid19 there is some spacing between all tables, window tables run length wise, you will not be at same table with someone unless desired. Service was very good.
They closed the gate as we were standing there and wouldn't let us on. I want my money back. The woman was so rude and would not let us on.
The dinner was awesome and the facilities were very nice. All the staff treated us like royalty and we had a wonderful time.
This was a nice idea but fell short of expectations. Service was great but food was horrible. From where we were seated, we couldn’t see the monuments very well. Would be great to do a tour where you are sitting in open air on a boat in the spring/summer. But in November, it’s a pass.
The boat is beautiful, the service was wonderful, and the food was great. A very enjoyable evening. Our table for 2 was close to the window and very nice for viewing and picture taking.
Everything, food and drinks were delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who comes and visits Paris
We really enjoyed the cruise. A lot of the comments on here have indicated that the food was to their liking, but both my wife and I thought that the service, wine and food was lovely and terrific value for money. The views offered of Paris were also superb and it was a wonderful romantic evening for us. If you are coming to Paris on a romantic vacation or honeymoon then we would thoroughly recommend this experience.
Amazing experience and the boat was incredible but some of the food was slightly underwhelming. Still fantastic in the most part though. 4/5 overall
Not worth it! Awful! Don’t recommend This is the worst expensive experience I’ve ever had !!!! there was NO LIVE MUSIC, and the service was awful.
We had a great dinner cruise, we chose the cheapest meal option which was absolutely fine just was sat on an inside seat but still great views of the attractions along the river, not with paying an extra £70/90 for a window seat. The food was nice and the staff were friendly, would recommend this dinner cruise to friends and family visiting Paris.
I was told by our private tour guide that this was the best company providing Seine cruises and worth every penny. I went to the website, looked up the dates and found price was primarily based on where you chose to sit. Its almost always worth it to get the good seats and this was the case here. It would have been a nice trip at the lowest price table on this cruise, but the front of the boat with the curved glass dome was truly spectacular, especially when arriving back at the Tour Eiffel. It was so beautiful, it was emotional for me. A view of a lifetime... just amazing. This three hour trip isnt about just the food, or the service, its the whole package that this company weaves together so well... its the atmosphere created by one of the most beautiful cities in the world, plus a lovely dinner, crisp linen covered tables and attentive service. We had ample champagne, white wine and red wine. All were very good quality. My husband had escargot and I had the scallop as starters, both were excellent. Our entrees of sea bass and duck were also quite delicious. I cannot find fault with the food. Our server Ennis was VERY attentive and kept pouring the champagne for me once he learned I dont care for red. I loved that there was a card telling us the sites we were passing but I found that by placing Google Maps on Satellite view on my iPhone, I knew exactly where we were and my husband and I could relate to daytime walks around the city. The nighttime skyline was gorgeous. All the monuments were lit by floodlights. BEAUTIFUL. It was a 50 degree evening and we were warm and comfortable on our cruise. I was concerned we would be cold, but that was not the case at all. There was a coat check at the check in dock area. The boat was lovely and we truly enjoyed ourselves. I wonder who these people are who hated this trip and feel they need to warn people to not take it. There are people who find fault with everything. If you know people like this, choose to ignore them on TripAdvisor as well. There is nothing heinous or awful about this wonderful evening by any stretch of the imagination. To the contrary, its a fantastic evening and a good value. IF I must be very picky, I found the restroom situation to be VERY difficult. My husband is 82 and after a couple of glasses of wine, could have easily fell down the steep narrow step staircase to the bathrooms. I caught him in time and stopped him from going downstairs. No bathroom in the boarding area either. Surely in 2021 they must be required to have an accessible bathroom on restaurant level. I would encourage the company to offer use of an accessible bathroom to the elderly patrons aboard. The person complaining about the taxi prices. Of course that has NOTHING to do with the cruise company. Its called Supply & Demand or Capitalism. We paid 15 E to get to the dock, but exciting the boat, many people walked to the street for a taxi, some had car services waiting, some had rental cars in the lot. I APPRECIATED the taxi drivers who waited for patrons exiting who could not walk far and were willing to pay extra for that service. I asked the driver if he were available. He said YES, but the fare is 25 tonight. I told him I knew that was more than usual for the distance but as long as he had change for 50 E, I would pay it. My choice and it was worth it.
It was a nice relaxing boat ride down the carnal you get to see many amazing places the restaurants staff is amazing and friendly it's a cute and fun dinner idea
The atmosphere, the service and the spectacular view were amazing we enjoyed the well dressed and also our waiter gave us a sense of French proudness
We had a lunch for my birthday on a Sunday. We booked on a whim the day before as it was supposed to be rainy and we didn’t want to spend too much time outside. We all agreed that it was fantastic and we were so happy we did it! We had a “privilege” package meaning we had a kir for apperitif then a white wine with the first course and a red with the second. Water and coffee and also soft drinks for our pre-teen. We all ordered different things and they were all delicious and the service was very good. Everyone was nice and efficient. We had a table by the window and eating some good food in the great company of my family while crusing on the Seine under the rain was really a wonderful experience. There is no naration (other than the waiter giving some pointers) but it would have been intrusive in my view so if you are looking for a guided tour, this is not it. More than great value for the money in my view.
Lovely dinner. Quality meal. Great service. Obviously the sights cannot be beat. A very enjoyable evening.
This was a nice/different way to see the city. We had a lovely time, but the dinner left a lot to be desired. The meal was mediocre, but when feeding many people, all at the same time, it was about what we expected. We would recommend this tour. After the tour ended, there are many cabs waiting to pick up passengers getting off the boats. Beware, they told us it’s “a fixed price” to be taken back to our hotel. We were told it was $50. My husband told the driver to f’ off & called up an Uber that arrived within 5 min & was $10. So please be aware of unscrupulous taxi drivers at the port.
The food was decent but the boat itself was amazing. This was an event we’ll remember forever! We did premium service and had a table right next to the window. It was beautiful!
Our trip was cancelled a few hours before we had to enjoy a wonderful boat trip/dinner?!?! How is possible... unbelievable!!!!
Great service and delicious food. Super comfortable and stylish boat. It was a wonderful experience.
Not worth the money, food was terrible and no entertainment, no help seeing the building or to know what we was looking for Terrible experience
This was a great evening, would really recommend. We went for etoile service which was fine, we had a good view of outside so personally I wouldn't pay to upgrade. Food was excellent and staff were good. Only thing id recommend is one or two more staff as the waiter seemed absolutely rushed off his feet. Still a really wonderful evening, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it.
This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a review on here, was wondering what the best place to do it and feel here is where most people will see it: I bought a lunch cruise for my partners birthday on 4/11, we took the window seat as it didn't cost that much more and we both love cheese so great. We were given 2 bottles of wine at the start (white) and offered red during. The waiter was absolutely fantastic and really wish I could have thanked him more at the time. He joked with us, pointed out scenery, when we learned there was a birthday he brought out a little candle on my partners cake. Absolutely adorable (there was a birthday package which we avoided due to not liking the attention those things can bring) but none the less it was very sweet. The meal was great, the sights beautiful and the waiter really kicked it up a notch. Definitely give it a go if you're on the fence
We took the lunch tour as part of our Vantage River Cruise. Excellent service, good and great views. I would recommend this company and do this as a stand along activity.
Beautiful views if Paris from the River Seine. Dinner, wine and music all fabulous! Cruise started on time and I have nothing but positives to say.
I can honestly say that this was money well spent and I would do this again at every chance I could. From the staff at the start all the way until my partner and I where leaving where friendly and ready to help you at any second. Our server unfortunately I do not have his name was brilliant and any questions we asked about our menu he knew the answer with out a second thought. The food was fantastic, the wine, which I wouldn't be a big drinker off, was amazing. I don't have one fault. I would highly recommend to anyone.
Wonderful night! The food and experience was memorable. Highly recommend! I’ll do it again next time in Paris!
Very well organised and great views but extremely cramped seating - considering Covid - and the vegetarian starter and main options were tasteless and inedible. So our dinner was only a two course meal. Also, no live entertainment as advertised - supposedly due to Covid - yet it was not reflected in the price. Very disappointing overall.
Very nice experience. Good food and wine and great service with a beautiful backdrop of the city at night
We took the privilege package with seating next to the window, my wife and I celebrated our 26th anniversary with my mother-in-law; checking in was very smooth and the experience was unforgettable; gourmet food with wine and champagne, very attentive staff and outstanding views of Paris at night. It is expensive but really a great investment as you'll never forget that night!
The food was excellent. the Service was perfekt. the Sightseeingtour was also amazing and all in all the Trip was insane
