St Hugo wines are delicious and you will find many that are great to add to your collection or just for your next function, they are a reliable wine and making wines from the Barossa Valley, Coonawarra, Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley. St Hugo was once the Orlando Winery, Today St Hugo’s newly appointed Chief Winemaker Peter Munro has one goal: to immerse himself in the name’s rich history to carry on the legacy of producing exceptional wines that embody power and elegance. It’s an ambitious challenge that Munro hopes will set the benchmark for the future of one of Australia’s most awarded wines.

We were so fortunate to be able to have gone on this trip, we booked the private tour and to say we were treated like royalty is an understatement. We toured a variety of wineries, and had a wonderful experience, the only thing I can say is THANK YOU George, for a wonderful day and being our impromptu tour guide as well, showing us around the area to and from the wineries. Yes as said in several posts a simply fantastic experience all around. What a way to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary, despite being covid delayed, as NSW tourists it was a great experience.I booked a full day wine tour for 2, and since the very beginning it as a lovely experience. My second winery tour in South Australia, George took us a few months ago and again to see places we missed, I think there is around 1 week of wineries to visit but for $$ reasons we will gradually chip away at the different Cellar doors. George provided the itinerary , Maggie Beers restaurant was really good and reccomend it. After luncg we where pretty tired so avoid a large lunch, we ended up going to Hahndorf at 3 pm and saw Bird in Hand , Adelaide has so many little secrets. Great job Georgie see you Christmas. We booked with George as he has done a tour for my sister, I never knew what I have missed out on, we visit the Barossa 3 to 4 times a year, I usually drive there, this time it was a groups of us and the cost was $680 for 6 of us and it is great value. Tscharke's , David Franz, St Hugo, Rolf Binder and Kaesler where all chosen by George, the service seemd to have extra's as we did go to private sections throughout the day. I reccomend the day tour and with all our pictures the mobile phone chargers on the bus got us charged up, nice music was through the ipod George passed around, so we all got to choose songs and that really added to the fun, sorry George for our loud singing but it was my birthday and I felt like a star.George took my husband and I on a fantastic wine tour. George took my husband and I on a fantastic wine tour. We were picked up at our hotel with a clean and comfortable bus. We went to three fabulous wineries which include David Franz Wines, Kaesler wines, and Chateau Tanunda. Our tour guide was not only fun but very knowledgeable and George let us knows which wineries to try locally. George knew many owners and people that worked at the wineries. We had an amazing experience. Thanks for everything!!!!
