Had a great time with our group and our guide Jordi did an awesome job showing us are the quarter and giving us a very in depth history lesson. The small restaurants he picked had great Tapas and gave us a introduction to several local bites. It was the perfect start to our first day in Barcelona.

Favorite tour in Barcelona! My three kids (late teens) and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. Our tour guide (Vera A.) was engaging, energetic, extremely educated and well spoken. She could answer any question and brought history and food into every topic we casually were talking about amongst ourselves.

This tour is a “must do!” Our guide, Nika, was delightful and so knowledgeable!!! Not only did she know the 2000 years of history of Barcelona, her knowledge of the food and drinks were fantastic! I highly recommend and would take this tour again if I get to come back some day.

Our group had a lot of comradery and because of that, I had a great time. I do however think the name of tour is a bit misleading, as I didn’t find the amount or quality of food to be satisfactory. If it were $30 cheaper and advertised as a history tour plus a few tapas, I would have been thrilled.

Our tour with Valentina was superb. The food was delicious and Valentina was a wealth of knowledge. She has a clear passion for history and art, and made the old town come alive. She was also very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of tips and suggestions for other restaurants to visit during our stay. Overall it was a wonderful night of excellent tapas and good company! Highly recommend!

Excellent tour, good mix of food and culture. Mick was a great guide, giving insights to the whole area. Even went above and beyond with places to eat and visit for the rest of everyone’s trip.

The food and drinks were amazing. Alex was an awesome guide, giving us so much history of the area and really explaining the types of tapas we were served at each stop!

So worth the money! Mick was an extremely knowledgeable guide - offering clear history timelines and able to answer all questions from guests. There were 3 off the beaten path restaurant stops with each providing a drink and 3-4 food items. Really nice variety of food. Steep staircase in one restaurant. Good hearing is helpful as the restaurants can be quite loud. Mick really did make it an enjoyable evening (3 1/2 hours) with his welcoming demeanor. Gracias!

This tour is a "Must Do" early in your trip to Barcelona. It sets the stage for the history of the area and fantastic local cuisine. Our guide Jordi was very informative, helpful, detailed, easy to understand and engaging. We went to local establishments that we'd have never found on our own and tried traditional local cuisine on our first night in Barcelona. It was a great introduction to the city and gave us a good base of information to build from for the remainder of our visit. I highly recommend this tour for everyone, especially if you like food and history.
