"Atha yoganusasanam" - Patanjali
This sutra is an introduction of “The Yoga Sutras” which mentioned “atha” as NOW, not tomorrow, not later, “yoga” regarding YOGA and “anusasanam” as COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS. By using “atha” in the deep meaning, the author mentions that these instructions on yoga are in order to emphasize the necessity of qualifying oneself in karma yoga, bhakti yoga and other systems like connections which lead a person to be pure in mind and aware in life. So, atha yoganusasanam from here means “now yoga will begin” or “let’s practice yoga now!”

Not looking for or expecting anything, the course swept me off my feet and turned out to be one of the most challenging, yet most rewarding experiences of my life. Rahul is a great teacher of the physical practice of Yoga. Prepare to built up a lot of muscle and learn the benefits and proper allignment of each Asana! Having learned about the philosophy of Yoga every course day from a devoted Yogi makes me feel prepared to teach and spread the magic of Yoga myself now too. I know that I received one of the best entrances into the world of teaching Yoga and meditation and I cannot thank Rahul more! If you're looking to truly deepen your practice and gain understanding of what Yoga actually is I highly recommend practicing with Rahul.Rahul is AMAZING! He helps each person during the class, does the adjustments and makes sure everyone does it well. Really kind also. Best yoga class Ibhad in my whole life. Highly recommended!

I did my YTT with Rahul Chamoli, and I believe and know that I received world class training in Vietnam. I was introduced to this WAY of LIFE, and this training was a life changing experience for me. I am now working as a yoga teacher, (something that Id dreamed of for so long). The training gave me all the tools and knowledge and confidence to start. Rahul teaching style is compassionate, strong, and expectational, exactly what students need. I thoroughly recommend this course .Rahul is an excellent teacher.
