This dessert cooking class was so much fun! Not only did we learn the techniques and tips to make a great apple strudel and successful nockerl (which I can’t wait to try again at home!) but we had a great time … topped off with a delicious lunch! Highly recommended!

A glas of wine, tastfull goulash an 2 self made deserts...that´s holiday!

Johann was a great teacher and the goulash lunch was amazing! The location of the cooking school was also very cute in a “cave-like” room.

The strudel turned out delicious and the vegetarian goulash was also great. The class was well organised and both girls running it were lovely-always happy to help me. Would reccomend if in salzburg !!

Each group or couple has their own table with everything needed. Building is set into the mountain and is small and full of character. 100% recommended!
