It's a difficult tour to review as the subject matter is so sensitive and site so disturbing that I'll concentrate on the company rather than Auschwitz. Rafal and Prime Tours Krakow were exceptional. We had originally booked the tour pre covid and deferred when the pandemic took hold. 3 years later I reached out to Rafal and his communication was first class. He honoured our deposit and worked with me to coordinate our initial group of 10 from airport transfers through to transportation and private tour of the camp. At the camp he facilitated our entry and introduction to Anna, the guide, who was extraordinary. We visited both camps, guided throughout in an informative and emotionally charged narrative from a real subject matter expert. As far as the tour is concerned. I have no words. I'm still struggling to process the pure evil that took place at this site. We stayed 3 days in Krakow which is a truly beautiful city. Its city centre square and pre war history is in itself fascinating. Whilst I would struggle to return to Auschwitz for personal reasons I would not hesitate to return to Krakow and would use this company without hesitation. My thanks to you all.JohnJeffrey_A
