Our tour guide was amazing. He’d probably done it a thousand times but his emotions in his voice was so real. A day I’ll never forget. Heartbreaking but something everyone should do at least once in their lifetime x

The most heartbreaking but fantastic day, Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and very clear English spoken. A long day as its over an hour commuting from Krakow, And a lot of walking but i would advise everyone to experience this history. I wouldn't recommend if you have walking restrictions as its not wheelchair accessible at all.

Picked up on time, even though had to have the time changed the day before. Polite driver, let us know what was happening. You cannot come to Krakow and nit visit Auschwitz/Birkenau. This excursion is a must.

I would highly recommend booking this trip to Auschwitz, our driver picked us up on time and spoke very good English. We were advised exactly what the meeting points were and the tour guide was amazing. She was so passionate about making the experience as real as possible.

Every person should visit here at least once in your lives to ensure we never repeat what happened. It is unbelievable, makes the Holocaust experience much more real. Shocking but necessary to see.

Good hotel pick up. mini bus was clean and comfortable. Tour was conducted as a larger group with headsets. All pretty good but you are herded along - it is a busy place. Evidently subject matter is not overly pleasant but nothing is left out.

We originally booked the 9am tour, however, were contacted the day before to say it would now be 10:50am, this was too late for us as it would waste most of the day. The only other option available was to change to 7am so we did and it wasn’t as bad as we thought. Picked up on time in a nice clean Mercedes Benz minibus. Were given 10 mins in between each camp to grab some food/toilet, would recommend bringing some snacks/drink and leaving them in the minibus. Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable and also respectful in telling the stories.

The tour is very well organized; the guide is informative and you skip the line at Auschwitz which is quite large. The only thing i would criticize is the lack of free time to take photographs (we had to keep up with the guide)

Michael is a brilliant guide - VERY knowledgable and made the tour interesting from the moment we got on the minibus. Teenage son who is studying modern history was captivated and agreed guide was brilliant. We skipped the long line getting in and kept a step ahead of the crowds along the way. Obviously it’s a harrowing, overwhelming place to visit and we originally thought about doing it on our own but we would’ve missed so much.

Wasn't sure this was a tour I wanted to do but went as a friend travelling with me wanted to. Whatsapp from tour organiser was recieved day before with hotel pickup time and they were bang on time...there was a driver plus a guide and they didn't speak to you during the 100mins journey-disappointed at this. Once there we met our guide for the tour, Chris. We were taken throughout the camp visiting various buildings that showed everything that went on there, ending with a gas chamber. Chris then met us for the 2nd part of tour at Birkenau. Due to the high winds we were unable to see the museum but he still walked us along the rail lines and explained the camp layout and explained where the Atrocities happened. Although I didn't was to go not sorry I did as this part of history should never be forgotten. 10/10 for guide Chris, how he does this every day and gives each group his all shows just how good he is at his job

Very informative tour. An unpleasant part of history which despite the atrocity, we need to understand. Very vivid images. Our tour guide George was really knowledgeable.

To much of a rush unable to fully understand the stories behind a lot of the photos. Maybe if some of the places that the prisoners where kept in had been kitted out as they would have been, people would have been able to understand the conditions they were kept in. We went into one barrack room which was empty completely, outside it had said over 100 people stayed inside but you couldn’t envisage it.
Margerat our tour guide certainly knew her stuff but unfortunately due to the next tour right up behind us i wasn’t always able to hear her ( I wear hearing aids) so I could hear them shame they where talking in a different language.
