Overview
Auschwitz-Birkenau was the largest Nazi concentration camp during World War II, the site of the murder of more than a million people, most of them Jewish. This tour will take you from Krakow to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum, where an English-speaking guide will lead you on a tour of the two parts of the camp. Your trip to Auschwitz will start with picking up from a previously determined place in Krakow from a hotel or apartment or from our meeting point. The journey from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1, 5 hour. Information about your pick up time you will get one day before the trip.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau, ul. Wiezniow Oswiecimia 20 Entrance to the Museum is located at Stanisławy Leszczyńskiej Str. no. 11, Oswiecim 32-603 Poland
The driver will pick you up from the place of your choice. After approximately 1 hour you will arrive in Oswiecim. After a short break you’ll begin the first part of your visit. It will last about 2 hours. Then, after a few minutes of free time, you’ll be taken by your driver to visit the second part of the museum - Birkenau. In Birkenau the tour usually lasts about 1 hour. The driver will then take you back to Krakow.
