Alberto was amazing very nice and it was my kids first time lots of fun. I really recommend this excursion. My kids love the cenote they kept jumping in and the zip line was lots of fun.

Mary was the BEST!! Had a amazing time zip lining (I was scared to go upside down but Mary convinced me and I loved it) First time ATV riding and I was sooo fun but my favorite was the cenote! It was just beautiful. I won’t hesitate to book again.

The excursion was great. My driver was funny, outgoing and had great music going and coming. During the excursion we had to wait for about an hour to start. I truly appreciate one of the staff whom encouraged my daughter to do the zip line. My daughter was scared and crying but he found a way to have her complete the zip line. Now, she wants to go again. One of the best tours I experienced.

It was fun and thrilling. We had a great time. Staff was very friendly and worth the price that we paid.

This excursion was everything we could’ve asked for. The instructor marlin was great. There was a hurricane the day before so the atv trails was great. If you’re an advance atv person I don’t think you will enjoy as much but if you’re a novice it was great. The cenote was fun and so was the zip line. I would recommend this excursion to everyone

Fun times. It took a bit to get going but nice once we started the atv I had a blast. The cenote was with the whole trip and the zip line was fun but not horribly frightening.

I didn't get to go didn't have hotel pick up..and still had to pay for it..was told I would have to catch a ubber they don't have those just taxi....very disappointed

Diego did great. The Atv path was really bumpy and I crashed into a tree. I had to pay $15 or 300 pesos for the damage on the bike, but I continued and rode with someone else. But all together the cenote was refreshing and ziplinging was fun.

Go elsewhere.

ATV tour was awful. Their cover photo shows you going through the mud, they wouldn’t even let us do that. You go idle-speed for 20min in a group. Total waste of time. A tour? We toured nothing. We were on a dirt path through power lines. Nothing to see.

Zip lining into the cenote was pretty cool, but you could only swim for 30 minutes.

Zip lining through the treetops was pretty cool, didn’t go as high as we hoped, nor were you given that great of a view as you went to the trees.

Lunch and soft drinks included? You got two tacos, no water and no soft drinks. Everything else was an up charge, they even charged you for water. The tequila tasting was pretty cool, but of course there was a gimmick where they wanted you to buy a $70 bottle of tequila at the end.

The ATV ride and Zipline were really fun, the tour guides made it a great experience for my very large group of 23!

What a fun time! Not going to lie, ziplining was a little scary but totally worth it! Tony was so kind to our 7 year old jumping in the cenote. All the workers actually were awesome. Lunch smelled delicious the entire day and didn't disappoint when it was time to eat. ATV riding was my favorite, ziplining was our 7 year olds favorite, and cenote was our 11 year old and husband's favorite! We would highly recommend! If you decide to buy into the pictures, give them a chance to send them. They said they would email them that night, but we got them the next night via WeTransfer. Such a fun day and so happy we had the opportunity to experience it.

Wow such a great experience and for the price. The staff was amazing. The Cenote was beautiful! Everything was super organized. Our tour guide was MARY she was great definitely made our excursion even more amazing!! Really recommend requesting her if you are able to!!

This was a great tour. We had a blast. Highly recommend this tour. The guides were all amazing and transportation was was arranged and made everything super easy

Jose and Berlisa were awesome!! It was more of riding over rocks than mud on the atv, but still had a great time. Cenote was refreshing and ziplining was fun too.

Maryjane and her sister were amazing. As well as the rest of her crew. Just fun times filled with laughter and bonding w my children thanks to them. Our shuttle picked us up from the resort. Reynaldo was our driver. I felt safe with him and when i got him back for our return shuttle, i knew me and my children were in good hands. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

My husband and I had fun on all the tours we went on, but we paid $120 for pictures from the ATVS, horseback riding, zip lines, and cenote swim and never received our pictures by email that we were promised to us within 24hrs. We don’t recommend buying the picture packages that are on offered. Definitely a scam!

Transportation there was smooth in AC van at scheduled time. We started with zip line first...mellow like for beginners. Next was ATV...slow in a straight line...mellow too. Next was Cenote swim...small, but kids had fun jumping into with zip line. Short stay at cenote. Food was great! Homemade tacos, beans and rice. Family wanted more. Pictures are expensive. They don't let you take phones or cameras with you.
Negotiate price for pictures if you can.
Overall, good but not great. Viator prices are decent. Some places charge over $100 per person. Bring bug spray. They are relentless.
Would recommend for beginners.

Overall, good but not great

The best experience for the best price. All the guides were friendly and they knew what they were doing to be safe and fun at the same time. Miguel our main guide was excellent. The ATV ride was amazing, so much adrenaline. The pictures were awesome too, they sent us all the pictures (around 200) to our phone for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this tour and will repeat it next time we come to Cancun.

It was okay. I thought the Cenote was the under tunnel cave the one they take you to is the typical one. I actually been to a similar one before. The ziplines was short only had like 3 zips. Our tour guide was horrible/ mean kinda showed favorite favoritism to a group of 9 and me and my friend really didn’t get the photos taking that we wanted because they tell you we can take your phones they will take pics but all are we not good enough to buy. I honestly don’t even thinks its a rule I just think they want to make money off you. I’ve done plenty of excursions like that before and I definitely had my phone on me.

Great experience! Well organized, not too crowded. Be prepared to get muddy. Don’t expect good food! We paid for an “upgraded” lunch which was $7 more per person, absolutely horrible- also ordered nachos which were doused in Velveeta. Bring your own food, and a pair of water shoes or crappy shoes. The mud is red clay and will not come out of anything.

SPECIAL SPECIAL SPECIAL THANK YOU TO CELESTE. not apart of the excursion team but in constant contact with me to ensure i met up with my group once i missed my transportation to the excursion :( i had a delayed flight and arrived 15 minutes late but Celeste directed me and my cab driver to meet up at the excursion location. She also followed up with me later that evening to ensure all went well. she is most definitely the best customer service i have EVER cam across.
ATV ride could have been better, zip line was great and Cenote swim was nice as well. Definitely support the people selling bottles of flavored tequila. There prices were the best (most reasonable) and they were really fun, great attitudes and most humble of changes in the economy due to coronavirus.

The overall activities we amazing!!!
We were very disappointed that we missed our afternoon activities due to the excursion timing not being advertised correctly. We were picked up at 8am and didn’t arrive back to our hotel until 3:30pm. The excursion is listed as 5hrs however beware that is 5hrs NOT including transportation.

Our tour guide was Mary she was very fun, high energy and informative throughout our excursion.

I would advise to bring a towel to dry after after the cenote as they do not provide this like others we had been to. Bring insect repellent and sunscreen as you are in the jungle are bugs are everywhere!

After the excursions we ate (took approx 10 mins to get our food) and a other hour for our return transportation to arrive.

Lunch was horrible your meal options are
Pork Tacos (super dry with no flavor)
Mexican Tuna Tacos
Vegetable Tacos

Water, soda and Powerade not included (fine with the soda and Powerade not being included but the not included water was disappointing)

You can upgrade your meal to nachos, ceviche, steak, or chicken tacos.
We ordered steak tacos (also extremely dry) and steak nachos (steak was dry, the cheese was a watery nacho cheese sauce that was super salty) we spent $38 USD on the meal which was very disappointing based on how terrible it was.

Overall I’d do the excursion again HOWEVER be mindful of transportation time not included and most likely I’d hire a private driver.

We had a amazing time and everyone was very friendly. Carlos was the best tour guide .He was hilarious and a lot of fun

Everything in this experience was fun. The staff was super helpful and nice. The lunch was really tasty. Great time!! Highly recommend it.

The check-in process took about 45 minutes because of the amount of people there. The ATV and ziplines were the best part of this experience, it just didn't go very smoothly. There was a lot of stopping and waiting which was annoying but it was still a good time. The cenote was extremely underwhelming. The pictures are deceiving. I envisioned a cave with blue water and what we got was some type of manmade sinkhole with bright green water. The food was pretty good and transportation was easy. Overall, a decent time but wouldn't do it again.

My family and I enjoyed this experience. The ATV drive and zip lining were fun. Swimming in the cenote was beautiful but seemed to be rushed.

Overall super organized that it felt like a production of commodities!! Staff was not as engaging as compared to some of the other tours. However, overall enjoyable!!!

This was a nice excursion and if you’ve never been zip lining or on a ATV, you should go. I would recommend going to the early one because it gets long. Bring 5 dollars for a locker because phones aren’t permitted and well they make you, because you don’t want to leave your items out in the open. Food was good, but you only get a small portion, so I would eat prior. ATV riding could have been longer. We only went in a circle and my sisters ATV kept shutting off, but the leader made it right and switched with her. Overall, it’s a cool experience to do if you’re in Cancun.

Fantastic experience! Lots of fun, and much longer than expected.

Ziplines: pretty tame for anyone.
ATV: real fun trail. The ATVs are definitely a bit worn - harder to steer than a newer ATV. Overall real good though.

Cenote: smaller, but a lot of fun. Two platforms to jump in from, or you can walk in. There is a Zipline into the cenote, but it was raining when we were there, so it was not operating.

Lunch: okay at best. Some chicken with veggies, rice, beans, tortillas. The rice and beans were great, but if you are picky about your chicken. It being fatty - good luck.

Overall...would definitely do it again!

This was one of the best parts of our trip!! Well worth the money. The staff was AWESOME! Miguel was THEEEEE BEST! We read the previous reviews so we were prepared. We wore water shoes and bathing suits for the cenote. We were worried it was too deep but there are life jackets available. The zip lines are so fun and there is great staff at every point securing everyone and making it fun. The ATV’s were really bumpy but definitely something to try. Even with no previous experience. We weren’t allowed to bring our phones but you honestly have no time to take pictures. They provide lockers and keys for your belongings. They do however have a photographer snapping photos. We had no intentions on purchasing photos but we ended up buying all of them lol. They take Apple Pay and other payment options as well. Everything was awesome!!! They did beyond what we expected. Very knowledgeable, very fun! They really went above and beyond because we left there wanting to go back. Make sure you bring cash to tip!
