Just returned from a fantastic trip for a waterfall hike with our guide Ismael. Picked up on time from our hotel and about an hours drive up into the mountains. Just returned from a fantastic trip for a waterfall hike with our guide Ismael. Picked up on time from our hotel and about an hours drive up into the mountains. We stopped at a co-operative to learn about Argan Oil then continued up to the waterfalls. Ismael passed us over to Redwan who helped us scramble up the rocks to the waterfall. Lovely guy. Then back for fresh orange juice before meeting back up with Ismael. I would thoroughly recommend the trip with Ismael who kept us entertained all journey answering our endless questions with a big smile on his face. And we even had a little karaoke on the way back. Perfect length of trip in great company, and we’ll worth seeing a different part of the country. The half day tour of Atlas Mountains was a great way to get out of the city and see the amazing Atlas Mountains. Our guide Abdullah was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the history of Morocco, Marrakesh, and the Atlas Mountains we visited. He always had interesting facts to point out along the way and went out of his way to accommodate photo opportunities. In the Atlas Mountains we met Rachid who took us on a hike in the hills surrounding a Berber village including mint tea at one of the restaurants located in the middle of mountain streams. Overall both guides were great and highly professional. I'd definitely recommend this tour.Beautiful day to see some amazing sights in the atlas mountains. We had an amazing guide (Ismail) who was informative and fun. This is a critical part of a cultural tour to Marrakech and highly HIGHLY recommended.
