We went to Zoo Atlanta first, and it was an easy process. They scanned my bar codes on my phone, and that was it.

Everything was lovely..I enjoyed all the attractions...great deal with the citypass..everyone was friendly and very helpfulWe did the aquarium, Coke, zoo and Civil Rights Museum. Hands down the aquarium was the best - it's so well done. I loved the ease of the passes. No waiting in (another) line when we got to each place - just scan and go.

I am so glad that I purchased the Atlanta City Pass and it was worth the price. All the places that we visited were almost sold out and the pass guaranteed our spot so I highly recommend it! I love that we had up to 9 days to use it starting from the day that you first use it. There were no issues I had the passes on my phone and the people at the ticket booth scanned it and we were on our way. I am so glad that I was able to purchase those tickets but they were selling fast. I highly recommend to purchase the Atlanta City Pass especially if you're not from the area because it's one less thing you have to worry about other than where to eat, lol. My family and I will definitely use this again in the future. So far we have been to Coca Cola, Fernbank Museum of Natural History and the Georgia Aquarium. Tomorrow is the Zoo and Civil Rights Museum. Using the pass is easy but plan your trips wisely. Some of the places have specific open days and varying hours since Covid.

Don't do it! I took 2 grandsons to ATL using CityPass. We scanned our tickets to get into Fernbank where the younger kid got really sick; we had to leave Fernbank and ATL to go back to AL to see pediatrian. Since our tickets were "used" at Fernbank, that started the 9 days we had to see all the attractions. I spoke to 4 different ppl at CityPass and they would not extend our time, re-issue the CityPass with a new date, or refund a cent. Doesn't matter where or why or how - they flat refuse to do anything. I wasted about $230!
