What to expect
*** 4 Mercedes E200 Sedan for 5-15 passengers (4 passengers in each vehicle)***
a) The Driver Will hold a sign with the leaders name on each transfer even if its from the Arrivals hall in the airport even outside from a hotel.
b) The Free Waiting time to the Airport is 60 minutes from the actual real landing.In Transfers from Hotels, Airbnb, apartment the Free waiting time from the appointment can be 25 minutes.There are extra charges for more waiting from the basic waiting time, or cancellation with no refund.This two options can be discussed by the travellers and the head office.
c) In All transfers we offer bottle of water per person and WiFi access.
d) The transportation vehicles that we use are Mercedes Benz E class 200 or Mercedes Benz Mini Van Or Scoda Octavia SUV.All of our drivers are English speaking, with a dress code and FULL AIR-CONDITIONING inside of the car.
e) The price is only for one way route.
f) We can pick our customers up from wherever they want inside the region of Athens.
or from the cruise dock please provide all the details to the operator after from the pickup.
g) If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects, the transfer may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer
h) Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking
If the customers want extra services like ,extra rides - klm, extra stops, waiting time, business flexibility there will be an extra cost and the customer must contact the head office - operator after from the booking.The extra amounts will be payed to the driver in cash/card
i) The operator will use only taxi-cabs for that transfer each taxi can fit 3- 4 persons
j) The Operator Can Use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagon and Scoda Octavia Suv Brands
k) For infant seats you must contact to the operator for availability after you proceed to the booking
l) If the customers want to book also the Return transfer, they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking.
m) The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes, if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded.

Bad communication with tour provider. Never responded back to my questions. I always asked Viator to contact them. If I don’t have responses from them, I will cancel the booking. Finally, I got response from Viator.
