Astroville Food Tour of Downtown Houston with Tunnel Access
Overview
Foodies wanted! Come enjoy diverse plates in Downtown Houston at some of the city's most famous restaurants. This tour will begin at the Historic Market Square Park (outside Niko Niko's) where you will learn about Houston's rich history, beautiful architecture, & diversity of cultures.
The tour consists of 3 local favorite stops where you will try 8-9 delicious food samplings including authentic Mexico City cuisine, traditional Asian novelties, Houston's unique take on Italian-American, & dessert. These meals are pre-ordered & will be coming out fresh for your group.
In addition, guests will enjoy views of the tallest building in Texas, largest theater district in Texas, & private limited access into largest downtown tunnel system in the USA as a third of our food tour is spent down below! Note, all of our planned stops are air-conditioned and sit down.

This is our first time as a family doing a food tour but definitely not the last, we really enjoyed this experience with our guide Vanessa. It seemed like each restaurant kept getting better and better and we got to sit down and learn about the food before eating at each location. We also learned some interesting things about Houston and took some cool photos. My 8 year and 11 year who can eat tapped out by the second restaurant but all the sudden they both got some space in their tummies for the last spot which included a delicious cheesecake and local Houston Italian theatre restaurant with live music. This makes me hope that there will be a good tour coming to Kansas City area soonBEVERLY_K
