Overview
In this unique place, life still passes in slow motion and its extreme conditions make its inhabitants true heroes. We will find uses, traditions and customs of the past. Its subsistence agriculture, potatoes, sweet potatoes, fruits ... and its basically goat farming that provides good cheeses and excellent dishes of goat meat, make the visit to a guachinche an authentic and obligatory experience.

What to expect
Realization of a trail adapted to the level of the user, we will start following this criterion through one of the most beautiful places in Tenerife. This area of the island is where the greatest variety of endemic species per square meter in Europe are condensed.

We covered about 2,000 ft in 5 miles, so be prepared!Maria and Mario looked after us very well. For all who want to experience the real Tenerife, far away from the beaten and commercial paths, "Real Tenerife Tour" by manager Mario is the perfect solution. Very professional, extremely correct and client-oriented, flexible and creative. Always in small (or private) groups and especially working with top local guides. Today we did the extensive walking tour in the "Anaga Rural Park" with Tania as a competent guide who made it an unforgettable and highly informative experience (finding the perfect match between providing relevant information without overloading us with details). The "extra's", f.e. the lunch in a very authentic non-mass restaurant were really superb. So, more than 10/10.... and we are already looking forward to our next excursion with them!
