The tickets at the Tours and Tickets in Amsterdam Central issued tickets to a lesser priced boat, without food or beer/wine. We didn't know until we boarded and could do little about it. The tickets purchased and the tickets issued were not correctly identified in Amsterdam.

Do not book this trip, the tour operator and tour guide working for this is super disorganized. We arrived exactly at our scheduled time and was told that the tour has left while we see that people were boarding into a boat. The tour guide told us to come back in 2 hours for the next tour time because they have 30 seats available, when we came back we were told again that the boat is full, and asked us to return in another 2 hour for the next available tour. She informed us if we did not want to do the last tour we can submit for a refund which we opted for. I reached out to Viator customer service and they said they’re unable process the refund. The boat tour will load people and give away your seats. So don’t purchase with this company.

Fun and relaxing hour of seeing the canals & sights of Amsterdam. Great crew and fun facts. The cheese offering was a nice amount and the drinks were plentiful.

Service, humor, wine and cheese were all great. 4 stars because the stairs into the boat were so narrow and steep. My husband missed the last step and almost fell, twisting his knee. Probably just the way all these boats are built, not the fault of crew, but maybe a little more hands on help for older people.

The captain and two crew members were fun and funny! In addition to their explanations about the sights we were seeing, their humor really made this a very fun tour.

This was the best tour of 3 taken in our short stay in Amsterdam. Had taken walking food and historical tours also. The guides on the boat were pleasant, knowledgeable and funny while working hard to keep your wine or beer full. Would recommend highly. Added bonus is that boats are covered so inclimate weather isn't an issue.

It was fantastic experience and friendly people with their smile. It truly amazing place to meet all those friendly people.

My son and I enjoyed the cruise. It was a cold day so we were happy that the boat was fully covered. The guides were informative and there were plenty of drink choices.

A grwt value for money canal cruise. 1hr around the canal with unlimited drinks and cheese. The staff are not shy with the drinks and ensure your glass is always topped up. Drink selection is 4 different types of wine, Heineken and a vast selection of soft drinks. The staff are really friendly and give a great brief history on the area, pointing out landmarks as you go by. Overall great value and a must do

Great canal tour with Rose and the guys. Learned so much in the short hour we were together. The boat is comfortable. Loved the cheese and mustard!!

I enjoyed the cruise and the wine/cheese, but was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth from the experience when I went to use the toilet on board and upon leaving the skipper started shaming me for flushing with toilet paper - "Well now I have to go pick it out by hand since you clogged the toilet." No one warned us of this rule during the entire hour a large group was on board. Disappointed that the staff felt the need to be rude due to their own neglicence.

We had a great time on this cruise with the wine, cheese, and storytelling! I felt like the hour went by in 30 minutes!

The boat crew were fantastic! We had a group of 10 people and we all had so much fun. I would highly recommend this!

It was so worth it. Especially when the weather has been raining alot. The boat is enclosed and the cheese and wine was great. And of course the ladies that served us. Would recommend!
