What to expect
You will start to mix fluor, water and yeast for your pizza dough then you will prepare also the pasta-dough, with flour and eggs, then the filling for the ravioli with best available ingredients. You will prepare also a real " Sugo al Pomodoro", (italian tomato sauce).
After, you will discover all the secrets to cook your pizza in the best way , to make the real Italian homemade pizza.
At the end of your class, you will be tasting all the delicacies you prepared together wine local wine.

Very gracious and knowledgeable hosts. Had a brilliant time and my children loved it too. Savio made us feel at home and we learnt so much about pasta in such a short time. Good wine too! It was a great opportunity to meet other travellers too.
