Ravello is a tourist resort located 365 meters above the Tyrrhenian Sea on the Amalfi Coast, in Italy, and is known for its extraordinary gardens on the cliffs. Villa Rufolo, in Moorish style and dating back to the 13th century, offers ample views from the terraced gardens and hosts internal and external concerts during the famous Ravello Summer Festival. Villa Cimbrone, a medieval-style estate perched on a steep hill, is surrounded by another famous garden.

Amalfi is a city in a suggestive natural environment under the steep cliffs on the south-western coast of Italy. Between the IX and XI centuries, it was the seat of a powerful maritime republic. In the heart of the city, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, of the Arab-Norman era, is characterized by a Byzantine striped façade. The Arsenale Museum of Amalfi is a medieval construction site now an exhibition space.

Positano is a town on the Amalfi coast, in southern Italy. It is a very popular tourist destination with pebble beaches and narrow, steep streets full of shops and cafes. The Church of Santa Maria Assunta has a majolica dome and a Byzantine icon of the 13th century Virgin Mary. The Sentiero degli Dei hiking trail connects Positano to the other coastal towns.

Great place if you can cope with crowds and queues and loads of steep steps. The buses are cheap and frequent but ...everyone uses them so be prepared to miss out as it sails by if its full.... The restaurants are expensive and the wine is overpriced. But, the views are spectacular.
