We have had mix feelings about the granavison employees welcome on site. We got an audioguide but had to pay 1 euro for each cable. The french traduction and comments were poor.

The Alhambra itself was excellent. However, do not book this through this Tour operator. Go directly to the Alhambra official site. The Alhambra has a lot of points of interest that were not included on our audio tour. The map We got was not very good. However, the people at, the office were very nice.

It was very nice and interesting. However, I thought we purchased a tour through Trip Advisor, but there was no tour or guide. I wish we had been informed about the long walk from the entrance and many many steps up to get to the entrance!

Amazing architecture, wonderful gardens and a true insight into past ages and a clash of cultures in 14th century. A truly wonderful and memorable day.

A total SCAM. My party of four booked tickets for the Alhambra Palace in Granada and traveled from the UK to see it. When we arrived at Granavision we were told that our tickets had been cancelled but nobody had informed us. Apparently the tickets were cancelled the day before because of overbooking by the company. We were not the only people let down the venue told us they had had people arriving all morning just to be told their tickets had been cancelled. further more we have NOT received a refund. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH A RELIABLE COMPANY or direct with the Alhambra. Be warned Granavision also use third party agents like GetYourLife and then blame the third party agents for them overbooking. It would appear their favourite excuse is computer error.

We had Eduardo who was AMAZING! So knowledgable and spent lots of time answering our questions from plants to the history of the site. Great to have a live guide to point out the main things to see as the site is so big. Would definitely recommend!

I was told bow WhatsApp the day before my visit to Alhambra that by booking was cancelled due to ‘software issues’ . I was told I would get a refund. This was shocking and very upsetting. A ticket refund would not be enough - what about my flight ? My hotels ? When you plan ahead and book ahead you do not expect this to happen . Apparently I was one of 42 people on that day that were also disappointed. However, after complaining to various people I was called at 14.10 to say that there is now a ticket!!!!! Unbelievable to be treated this way. It is totally unacceptable to buy an entrance ticket, pay the price beforehand and then be told you cannot go!!! This has to stop for future tourists so they do not go through the stress I went through.

Late Sunday afternoon (less than 24 hours before the tour) we were informed by phone that the tour was starting about 4 hours earlier but we couldn’t change our car reservation. I called viator to cancel and was “tough luck”. Absolutely disgraceful approach to customer service.

We bought tickets for the Alhambra several weeks before our visit to Grenada thinking Tripadvisor would be a trusted site. I was sent the ticket voucher via email and numerous reminders about our booking and tips and advice on how to prepare, the last one being 15.09 the day before our visit. At 15.58 I received an email saying my booking had been cancelled with no explanation. This is totally unacceptable as we were already in Grenada and it is impossible to buy Alhambra tickets at such short notice. Do not buy tickets on this site as they are not guaranteed and you are very likely to be let down.

Generalife was amazing, Palaces beautiful. Get a taxi up and walk down. Wear layers and comfortable shoes. Take snacks and water.

Guillermo made the past come alive, so many little nuggets of information tessellated together perfectly! Fascinating way to bring history alive and we always felt we had the inside track the little bit of information from experience that would give us the best view the hidden gems. Guillermo was also incredibly calm and collected, considerate. Best tour guide I can remember having!

With Guillermo, a most knowledgeable and able guide leading the group, it was a most fascinating experience. It felt as though everything was brought back to life during that visit. It felt as if the Sultan and his family were present. The visit was thoroughly enjoyable and was so captivating that I wanted more. Thank you very much, Guillermo, for making my visit, which was a lifelong dream, a most wonderful one. You know how to captivate an audience.

Such a wondrous and beautiful site. a lot of walking. Given that we paid for the tour, they should have gone to the trouble of corresponding the numbers to the signs in front of each site. I could’ve understood if it was a free, audio tour, so what were we paying for?

The audio guide did not sync up with the site ones and so we felt we missed much information. We thought the guide would be the same as at the entrance booth. No one said it was through your individual phone.

Very efficient ticket collections and extremely helpful staff member at the office . Good detailed description and not too much audio.

The buildings are superb, but the advertising and organisation was abysmal. 1. The tour was NOT “Skip the queue” 2. The 1100 admission time was changed without notice to 1300. 3. The numbered locations on the issued map and guide software did not match any location on the ground. Even the French have better organisation! What about QR codes at each location to activate the guided audio software.

This is an audio tour, not a guided tour. The app works poorly, you must keep your phone unlocked to use it, and it will close out automatically by idle timer on default on iPhone. After two tour stops we decided not to use it. It came with Nasrid palace tickets but the tickets were not scanned when we entered the palace. All in all we would have had the same experience without making this purchase; not worth it.

The actual site was beautiful but the organisation was pitiful and ruined a much awaited visit. The map didn’t equate to signs on the ground or to the audio guide. The signage was abysmal and the entrance to Nasrid Palace was not even sign posted! All it would take is to have QR codes at each location and synch them to the audio guide (as much as I hate to admit it, the French are so good at this) and it would have turned a very frustrating trip into a wonderful experience. Shame on you Spain, your most important monument to a long ago culture totally ruined due to a lack of accurate information.

There was a lot to see and it was very beautiful but it was let down massively by the poor organisation. The map numbers, audio number & sign number didn’t correlate to anything which made it difficult at times to find specific bits and to get the right audio guide details at the right time. I think the actual guided tours would have made it easier but were a lot more expensive.

We enjoyed the Alhambra trip a lot, the audio guide was also very useful. We used a good part of the whole day to visit everything in Alhambra. For anyone that's planning to visit Alhambra, the walk to Nasrid palaces from the entrance takes 15 minutes so take that into consideration. Also, there's usually a queue in the entrance to retrieve the ticket (we needed to collect our ticket at the assigned desk in the gift shop) so I suggest arriving early and leaving enough time to sort everything.
