Received written confirmation of order from our hotel to airport. Had a bite that they needed flight departure information. Had hotel call, no answer. Contacted Viator directly. They could t reach them. Send email and Viator left voice mail and email. No response. NEVER USE CIATOR FOR AIR...

uNFORTUNATELY -nOONE SHOWED UP AT THE AIRPORT AND i HAD TO USE AIRPORT TAXI GET TO MY DESTINATION--$330.00 iN AIRPORT CALLED & SAID IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED i hAD tried to call before I i left home & was not able to get through the price was different than Viator quoted and I was sure it was further than realized but couldn't talk to anyone---hAVE always been pleased with your tours but not happy after an 11 hour flight to be stranded and have stress of finding away to my hotel which was an hour and a half away.======At airport I called the company and was told it was cancelled and they didn't have anyone who could come for me ---Just saw your address at bottom of this page --I grew up in Natick and worked in Wellesley National Bank in Wellesley Hills I've always raved about your company for tours- this was unfortunate & costly .
