Used this service as an airport transfer for a large group. Terrance was a great welcome to New Orleans sharing places we should visit near the place we stayed. Highly recommend!

Terrance found our group of 6 at the airport and gave us a ride to our hotel. His vehicle is very spacious and could have fit a few people more. He is professional about the area and told us what were the fun things to do. Price was reasonable compared to all other transporters. We liked him so much, that we used him again to go back to the airport when we were done with our trip. Would recommend to anyone who needs a ride in the area.

Our driver, Terrance, did an amazing job of taking us on a quick tour of the city while we waited for our flight. And was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Once we were done he took us to an amazing restaurant with the best atmosphere and of course the food was on point. We felt like VIP's.

Terrance was great! His van was clean, he gave us various suggestions on things to do and places to do. We pre-arranged pickup for our departure. He was early and provided a mini tour on the way to the airport. Will definitely use him the next time we visit.

We had a group of twelve with two suitcases each!! Terrance was very friendly and was able to transport us all to our hotel in the French quarter. We are very very thankful he offered his services. He gave us amazing recommendations and a small history lecture on the way to the hotel AND on the way back to the airport. Terrence drove our group of 8 to & from the airport. So happy we found him online! He was waiting with a sign at bag claim right where he said he would be, helped us with bags, smooth easy drive & wonderful conversation. For the return trip, we confused him by texting from two different numbers - before he figured out it was a duplicate request, and with less than 24 hour notice, he had already found a supplemental driver to take care of us! Ended up clearing up the confusion & only his van picked us up & took us to airport. Very skillfully navigating Mardi Gras traffic like only a local could & got us from French Quarter to the Airport in Luanda Gras rush hour traffic in 50 min. Safe & smooth, and with a smile - can't beat his service! Side note - On the return trip to the airport the Van held 8 full size suitcases, 4 carry-ons and a at least 5 full bead bags, along with 6 ladies. And, despite road closures, he found a way to get to us that we only had to walk less than 1 block!

He was in the airport waiting for us when we arrived. On the way to our hotel, he gave us wonderful tips for places to see and places to eat. He also picked us up a week later to drive us back to the airport... again, on time and very helpful. Will absolutely call him again on our next trip to New Orleans.
