The tour was great and our tour guide Dana was fantastic and knowledgeable. She does her research if she doesn’t know the answer. Very informative tour.

Really good time. Great views and photo opportunities. We saw everything we could possibly want to see. We did the American side and Canadian side and got such great views of the falls.

The tour itself was great! Our tour guide was fantastic.. I’m giving 1 start only to Viator platform itself and not the tour company. Tried to reschedule my reservation because of our delayed flight but Viator was inconsiderate. I know their policy on cancellation but I’m not canceling the reservation , its to make changes due to unforeseen event.. they told me NO!! The bad part is on the day of our tour, the tour company called us and asking us to confirm that our schedule was changed according to Viator.. we only slept 2 hrs just to be on that tour because Viator said they cannot do anything on the reservation.. But yet they communicated it to the Tour company! No more Viator for me from now on.. Better deal directly to the tour companies if you want to make reservations.. way better and cheaper!

Six hour tour of both countries’ views of Niagara Falls. The boat ride into Horseshoe Falls was the high point for me. Nancy was sweet, funny and knowledgeable (and she took this photo!) highly recommend 😊

It was an awesome day combined with perfect weather to see both the American and Canadian side of the Niagara Falls.
