What to expect

Itinerary

Sushi has become a global Japanese dish. However, there are many types of sushi. Nigiri sushi, rolled sushi, chirashi sushi, pressed sushi, and many more. There are countless types of ingredients to put in each. In this lesson, you can make representative sushi such as nigiri sushi, inari sushi, California roll, tekka roll, and kappamaki.
