Excellent communication! Our tour guide was changed last minute and we were so lucky to get Liz! She was an amazing, knowledgeable and highly enthusiastic guide. She was so nice, we felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. It's evident that she loves her job. We hit all the spots. You can do a tour with a large group for much less, but it won't be with Liz! She was prompt with picking us up, the personal attention and being able to learn about the history of the city without having to fight to hear and wait for others was well worth it! Fun fact: we met the mayor of Cartagena...he's a New Yorker! It was very personal, espacially because we just went as three persons in total. Moreover the combination out of the two districts and the different topics, like: history, todays life, nature and gastronomy were a perfect mix. We rate the tour with 10/10 and will not forget it!
