What to expect
The Andean paramos are unique to the region, and Sumapaz Páramo is by far the largest of its kind in the world. So why not join us in this hiking tour and see this UNIQUE ecosystem for yourself? Trek the muddy trails and marvel at the amazing sights!
Once all set, adventure will begin. You will start walking up through the slopes of this 178 thousand hectares’ paramo. Learn the environmental importance of this rare ecosystem and its amazing flora will.
After walking for some hours and mesmerizing at the water wells and the misty landscape, you will be able to rest your weary feet and enjoy a traditional meal in the Paramo and when fully rested, we’ll head back to Bogotá and to your hotel.

Ein tolles Erlebnis, der unglaubliche Ausblick wenn man oben ist. "Das kann man auf Fotos gar nicht wiedergeben....wie die Pflanzen hier aussehen und diese Weite" Mateo und alle Anderen um uns gekümmert habe, waren jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mateo hat viel über die Geschichte des erwanderten Teils vom Sumpaz erzählt und uns mit seinem Wissen über native Bräuche beeindruckt. Mateo spricht fließend Englisch und so war es auch mit der Verständigung kein Problem. Das Mittagessen zu Abschluss war super lecker. Wir können diese Tour uneingeschränkt empfehlen ....sie gehört am Ende sicher zu einem unserer Highlights auf dieser Reise.Me encantó el tour!
