This experience was fantastic. Our drivers, Asta and Samson, and our experienced guide, Eka, were so friendly and welcoming. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the base of the volcano. The trek up was challenging at parts but Eka always made sure we could stop and rest if we needed. We got to the top and Eka made us some breakfast while we waited for the sun to come up. Unfortunately, it was quite cloudy so we didn’t see the sunrise very well but the clouds started clearing up on the way down and the views were incredible. Eka was even very apologetic for the weather, although this was obviously no fault of hers! Afterwards, Asta and Samson took us to different stops on the way back to Ubud. There was a complimentary coffee tasting tour, which was fantastic. We also stopped at the beautiful rice terraces. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone staying in Bali!

Had a very pleasant experience! The whole crew was exceptional especially our driver Adi who was so accommodating and easygoing. He made the journey smooth and assured a quick and safe drive to the various destination. I will highly recommend this tour to all, memories of a life time!

Made was a great guide for the trip, very fun. The climb up was not easy but he makes it enjoyable. Sunset is fantastic with a nice breakfast.

So great! Ady was a wonderful driver and the hike was beautiful. Definitely bring a sweatshirt for the top because it was quite chilly.

From the pick up at 2:30 am by smiling Adì to the guide who took us up the mountain in the deepest night it was a wonderful experience. I am amazed by the friendly smiling faces of all people involved.

We really enjoyed our sunrise trek up Mount Batur. It was not the greatest sunrise, because of cloud cover, but our guide Subagia (“Bagia”) was fantastic. He made sure he kept us safe on our way up and down the mountain, made us a great breakfast cooked in the steam of the volcano (as per photo) and was lovely to talk to. Bagia’s English is excellent and he was keen to learn more (including slang phrases from different countries), to improve his conversational skills even more. Sweet as bro :)

A challenging but wonderful experience. Lucky enough to see a lovely sunrise even in rainy season. The tour guide was great but want to say a special thanks to Yanik my driver for being so sweet and accommodating! Thanks so much :)

We had a very pleasant experience with our driver Adi his professionalism was excellent and he was knowledgeable regarding our itinerary. Our guide who took us up the mountain and back Subagia (Wayan) was fantastic he was very patient with us as we are not regular climbers and it was a very hard climb. Without the balance he gave to my wife during the climb and decent we would have struggled way more than we did. The View from the top of the mountain was breathtaking. Once in a lifetime time experience !!!!Topped off with the hot drinks and breakfast that was provided. Just be prepared.. this is definitely not an easy climb but 100% definitely worth it!!!!!

It was gorgeous. Our pickup and transport was as promised, as was the trek up. Our guide and driver were both lovely and we felt safe and comfortable the whole way.

This was definitely in the top 10 experiences in my life. The trek was hard but the views up the top are soooo worth it. We had the most amazing guide, Aldi, who made the experience 10x better. He knew so much about the mountain and volcano and gave us the impression that he genuinely loves this job. As we descended, he was even skipping down the mountain. The most friendly, beautiful guy we’ve met on our trip so far. Additionally, our driver, Gede, was good. Even though our day started at 1:30am in Kuta, Gede was happy and friendly after all the driving required. Definitely recommend this driver.

So happy I booked this tour! The trek was amazing, definitely one of the highlights of my trip in SE Asia. Ady, my driver, was the best! He is super-friendly, and taught me a lot about Balinese culture and language. His English is great, too! Redita, my guide was also great! Super-nice and had so much information about the volcano. I also told him I like fast hikes, and we were able to zip up and down the volcano, super fun! Also great English! The views are stunning, breakfast tasty, and overall a lot of fun! Ooh, also, Ady took me to a great coffee plantation afterwards were I was able to try luwak coffee! Probably the best coffee I've ever had!

So happy we booked the sunrise trek. We were picked up exactly on time 1:30am from our hotel in Kuta. It took about 2 1/2 hours there and back. We were home around 12pm. Driver Asta was so friendly and helpful and kind. It took us a little over an hour to get to the top of Mount Batur with our tour guide Tari who was also amazing and so sweet. She made it such a lovely experience overall. Highly recommend the hot springs too. It’s beautiful and a great way to relax after the hike. 10/10

From start to finish … whether the booking process … changing of dates … communication with the service provider everything was first rate !! Our tour guide Yannika came on time was very courteous and was very accommodative of our needs … Thank you Yannika for making our tour more enjoyable !!

Okay so honestly the trip was above & beyond what I expected.. I thought this was just a little hike up a small mountain for the sunrise & then I go back home.. no. It was so much more than that & it all started with our tour guide: Yanika, who was up super early to pick us up & was patient with us even though we were about 10min late.. super sweet right off the bat! This was a proper hike (which is what I was looking for) - about 60-90min up to a beautiful vantage point. We had hot chocolate & breakfast made for us at the top & although it was cloudy, the views were amazing! Second part of the trip - we got to visit the hot springs. After a long hike, let me tell you.. this was such a welcomed activity! What made this even more special was that Yanika allowed my gf & I to enjoy the hot springs at our leisure.. no pressure to leave at a certain time - we ended up spending about 90min there - plenty of time to unwind, relax the muscles & get refreshed! If that wasn’t enough, Yanika then took us to a coffee plantation where we enjoyed samples of a bunch of coffees, teas & chocolates - even bought a few treats! Overall, 10/10 would recommend & I cannot speak more highly of Yanika - she made our day with her kindness, patience, knowledge & attitude. We were lucky to have her!

Our driver Yanika was great- she was very friendly, patient and showed us a great time! We did the hike, the hot springs and the coffee plantation - it was a perfect day!

Brilliant experience. A tough climb for an inexperienced hiker like me but the guide (Joe) was incredible and helped every step of the way. The views at the top are 100% worth it
