Wat Phra That Doi Suthep Temple + Sticky Waterfall + Other Acitivities
- Get picked up from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai 08.00 am. and drive up the curvy mountain roads to Doi Suthep - Pui National Park. You will visit the most important temple here. Walk up 306 steps (or, if you prefer an easier method, take a funicular ride) to the temple, which sits at 1, 100 meters above sea level.
- The famous golden pagoda is stunning and the temple contains the relic of the Lord Buddha. Here, you'll also have the chance to get a holy blessing from a Buddhist monk and participate in a wrist tiding ceremony. From the balcony, enjoy a panoramic view of Chiang Mai.
- Enjoy the delicious lunch, Next, you'll continue to Bua Tong waterfalls. Swim around the clear water or climb the "sticky" limestone and enjoy the gorgeous natural scenery. On the way back to Chiang Mai city, you can also stop at an orchid farm and much more.
- A time to leave the Waterfall, driving for return back to Chiang Mai city, 17:00 pm. Arrive at the hotel and end of our wonderful tour.

My family of 5 spent a day with Gas and his driver who were the BEST of guides! Can not say enough about how accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly they are. The van was very clean and willing to stop anywhere in addition to our schedule. We visited The Doi Suthep temple and experienced the Ethical Elephant Sanctuary. The elephants were amazing! We walked through part of the forest with Uncle Sidney and on to the river to wash the elephants! This was the perfect unforgettable day. Thanks to Gas and his team. The jade Buddha was beautiful at the temple was pretty. So happy we chose this tour. I had a great experience on this private tour with Jackie as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He taught us all about Thailand and answered all of our questions. He was very attentive and took as many pictures of us as we asked for. He also offered to take us to see the tigers, which wasn't even a part of our tour, as well as checking out a jade making factory/museum. I had a great experience going to all the activities. Jackie really went above and beyond, and made this my favorite day on my trip. Highly recommend!Let me starting by saying that our tour guide Maggie was excellent and so informative. The temple is beautiful, lunch was yummy and the sticky waterfall was so much fun. The only reason I’m giving this a 4 instead of 5 is because I wish we had gone to at least a couple more sites. We basically only had to stops on a full day trip (temple and waterfall).An absolutely amazing day on this tour today! An absolutely amazing day on this tour today! A massive thank you to our guide and driver Maggie and Qum, they were incredible all throughout the day. First we visited the Doi Suthep temple and Maggie couldn't be anymore helpful with any questions we had and her knowledge of everything was brilliant. We headed on to our second temple Wat Pha Lat , which again was another fantastic visit. Followed by lunch which Maggie ordered for us with her own recommendations and we LOVED it all, so yummy! We finished off at Sticky Waterfall which is an ABSOLUTE MUST and so much fun!! Maggie was like our personal photographer all day without even asking haha Qum is an excellent driver and made us feel very at ease the entire trip! Overall would 100% recommend this trip if you're looking to explore Chiang Mai!
