We had an amazing time with Captain Mark! We loved being able to go out on an early cruise before the springs got crowded. The captain was very informative regarding manatees and the restoration of the bay and surrounding areas. We even got to see dolphins!! Best tour by knowledgeable and friendly captain. If you haven’t done this tour, you don’t know what you’re missing!!

I've been snorkeling with manatees multiple times before, and this trip definitely did not disappoint! We weren't able to go to Three Sisters and I cannot remember where we ended up, but there had to have been over 100 manatees in the area. It was so wonderful to see so many and have the opportunity to share water with them. They are truly some of the most gentle and curious critters out there. Our divemaster and boat captains were both super nice and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed our time on this tour and it's worth every single penny!

Kendra and Michelle were awesome! Michelle got us to the best place for manatees before anyone else arrived, and was very knowledgeable about the area. Kendra got great photos of our experience, and I admired the fact that she made sure we had a great time but also made sure that the group was respectful of the manatees. Also - I was worried about the cost of the photos, since other water experiences in the past have tended to price gouge, but for a drive with all of the videos and photos were very reasonable.

Wish we would’ve been told this time a year you really don’t see them as pictured in your advertisement. Also staff can be a bit more friendly and helpful, captain was nice and knowledgeable though. No complaints on him.

Captains Dirty Mike and Ryan were very knowledgeable about manatees and the surrounding area. They made sure everyone was able to get as close as possible to the manatees.

Apparently, March is not the time of the year to swim with manatees. Most of them have left the Crystal Springs; some resident manatees stay behind. We found three: one was a rescue with a buoy attached that we were not allowed to disturb, one that swam away into a cove , and one that was cornered by three boats that we had a chance to come close to. The crew did its best to find it. However, this is not the experience that one expects. According to the crew, one should come in December or January. The tours are running year round. I feel for the crew, they had to find something for us to do over the 2.5 hour allotted for the expedition. Make-do activities are no fun. I tipped them the full amount but March is not the time to go.

Our Guide Tristan was all about himself and his partner. Talking about his new videos coming out etc. He did not take the time to give any informative information about the Manatees or about the Natural Water Springs. Try not to go at Low Tide.

I had an awesome day! The guides were amazing and tried to show us as many manatees as possible. 😊 The Crystal river was as crystal as it could be with two manatees, amazing place! After that they took us another place where we could swim really close with more manatees! I can highly recommend the tour to everyone!

Melissa our dive master and Mike our captain were great! My young daughters and family went & had the best time. My oldest had a minor meltdown about getting in the water and Mike helped talk her through the process, she eventually got in and had such a great time. My youngest struggled with keeping up during our swim into the springs and Melissa swam her through and encouraged her to keep looking through the water while getting used to snorkeling. Both made this experience so memorable for our family. We saw manatees, soft shell turtles and fish of multiple varieties in crystal clear water. Couldn’t recommend this more. The hot chocolate and “manatee mocha” was the cherry on top. Thanks!

What an experience!! Captain Mark and Mermaid Amanda made our experience so much more fun. They found manatees very quickly and we could not have asked for a better time! Thank you both so very much, we cannot wait to come back!

It was a fun tour. They were very good at spotting the submerged Manatee. Do note that you may have to swim quite a way (70 yards) to get in to the spring where they are, so make sure your suite allows freedom of arm movement.

Absolutely amazing, kendra was a great knowledgeable dive instructor and photographer, and Ryan our boat captain had a knack for spotting manatees and great local knowledge of the area. Would definitely go back but would request them again. Thanks for the memories.

We had a great experience with Mark and Danno! The weather had warmed up and the manatee were scarce but we managed to swim with a mom and baby and a few others. Went in to Three Sisters springs and a long young manatee was playing with a rope on a buoy. Got some great video and will remember this for years to come. Mark was very knowledgable and we learned about the hurricane damage to the river and how the manatee grasses were killed by the saltwater along with how they are planting new grass to sustain the manatees in the future.

We enjoyed our time, setting was relaxing and fun. We would have liked to learn something about manatees—beyond just looking for them. . We only saw a few which you should expect especially if you go later in the day. The swim at 3 Sisters was a highlight.

Once in a lifetime trip! Everything was well organized and our guides had a wealth of knowledge about the area. We saw lots of manatees and our children (8 & 5 yrs old) had a blast, the water was calm and clear, no problem for the kids. They had hot drinks waiting when we got back on the boat and took excellent pictures for us! Reasonably priced for what we received and highly recommended for families!
