We are a family group of 4 adults, and, having been to Vietnam before, we had a fair idea of what we wanted to do and see. Tommy organised private tours for us, and prices reasonable. We actually changed our minds a few times before deciding, and it was never a problem for Tommy. I paid a deposit beforehand, and balance wasn't required until the day of the first service. His team of staff are excellant. All tours and transfers arrived on time, drivers and guides very knowledgeable. They were helpful and always attentive. We even tweaked the tours on actual day, and it never was a problem. We got lost one night, unable to find a taxi, we contacted Tommy and he had a taxi come and collect us within 5 mins. That is dedication to his clients 100%. We had the most amazing holiday. Went to places, done things we would not be able to arrange ourselves. We definitely recommend Tommy whilst in Vietnam, he won't let you down.Had an awesome time up in the Ba Na Hills thanks to Tommy Dao travel!
