- At the time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at the time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- We do not use boats, all our water activities start from the beach.
- Our activities take place on the beach and there are no locker facilities, however, you can safely leave your personal belongings in the transportation.
- Participants must be at least 6 years old. Max. weight on tandem kayaks is 195kg/425lbs.
- The price per person is the same for both children and adults.
- Departure Time 9 a.m. available Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
- Pick-up times are assigned based on the location of your hotel or place of accommodation. Pick-ups start approximately one and a half hours before the scheduled activity time.
- As we know the weather is a factor that can lead us to modify our day, sometimes we will have to change location, reschedule and / or cancel (the refund will be issued 100% in case of cancellation by us). You will be informed of the options and you will make the decision. Factors that could influence this are rain, high swell, wind and jellyfish.
- Your safety is our priority. When the conditions are not favorable, due to wind, high waves, or a tropical storm, we offer to change the day of your reservation or make a refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start date of the experience. No show or last minute cancellation will be charged in full. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
- All transfers are complementary and optional, therefore the price doesn’t change if you don’t use the transfer option.
- Mask available for sale in the case it is needed. If the client wishes to change lunch for a box lunch (where applicable), these will be available with 24-hour advance notice from the client. We will reduce the capacity to 50% of clients and promote private tours to have a healthy distance.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking

They picked us up at our hotel and we launched in the kayaks from Santa Maria beach and kayaked about 50 minutes. My 11 and 13 year old loved it. Then you arrive at Chileno Beach which is amazing!!! We got our snorkel gear and I just put my face under to make sure I had a good seal and there were dozens of fish around me! I was probably only 5 feet into the water! The fish were everywhere. It was like that the entire time. Super clear. Fish everywhere. Enjoy!! Wish I could post pics of the fish but we have to wait until we get the underwater disposable camera pics developed. Kayaking by the Arches was breathtaking. So was the snorkeling . Loads of fish and starfish. Brain and Hugo were great hosts. Very helpful and polite.

We did this tour this past week and LOVED it. This was the favorite part of the whole trip for me. Especially our guide Marco - who is so good at what he does but also just a lot of fun to be around. My wife and kids really thought he was great too. It's a real adventure - with both kayaking ...

This trip was perfect! We wanted to snorkle but not necessarily from a boat because some in our group get seasick. We kayaked about 45 mins and saw a bunch of sea life - then headed for a beach and snorkeled in a small cove from shore. Paco and the other man (sorry - cannot remember his name...) ...
This trip was perfect! We wanted to snorkle but not necessarily from a boat because some in our group get seasick. We kayaked about 45 mins and saw a bunch of sea life - then headed for a beach and snorkeled in a small cove from shore. Paco and the other man (sorry - cannot remember his name...) were so awesome! They made it so interesting for us. The main guide told us about the ocean life we were seeing and the landscape, and Paco showed us where some trumpet fish and other cool sea life were hiding. Very professional, picked us up from the hotel and dropped us off, and everyone had a blast!
