Stephan our tour guide was awesome, friendly and helpful! He showed us some amazing areas, history and amazing views of Porto! He also took us on a short practice on the Segway to get use to riding it around town. I would highly recommend him and this tour.

I would do this tour again when I return and especially with Carolina!! We were overtaking cars, and trying to cross roads where the step up to the pavement was incredibly high. Towards the end of the tour I fell off the segway hurting my knees and hands. Felt that the route the guide, Dominique, took was incredibly unsafe. We were overtaking cars, and trying to cross roads where the step up to the pavement was incredibly high. Towards the end of the tour I fell off the segway hurting my knees and hands. The guide had no clue to what to do and was not helpful. When we asked if there was a first aid kit the guide admitted she didn't know exactly what she had inside. The guide took no initiative to lead in the situation and we had to ask her how to get the segways back to the shop and if this was something she could arrange. We felt like she was nervous the whole tour and couldn't answer some of our questions. I felt very uncomfortable just walking away after my fall as there was no help, support or consideration from the guide. Overall, this tour ruined our holiday, my knee got worse and I was unable to walk properly the next day.Great tour. The Segway’s were so much fun and our guide Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. Would definitely recommend doing this.

She was knowledgeable and great with our teenager, including her in all the conversations. I would recommend this tour and would happily do it again especially with Carol.
