We had so much fun on this private tour. It took us through the city and through the jungle, all the way up to a high point in the mountains with amazing views. It was really cool being able to see parts of the city and mountain towns that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Our guide Franco was very nice and gave us a lot of great recommendations for other things to do in the city. I decided to ride as a passenger the whole time and let my boyfriend drive, and I’m glad I did because it allowed me to just relax and enjoy the views and not worry about anything. I highly recommend this experience for other travelers.

Rafael was the absolute best guide and made everything about the day great. It was a fun experience with a lot to see. The swimming hole in the mountains was incredible. Rafael was so patient and kind, and really made us feel at ease. He was incredibly considerate, and asked us before hand if we drink as there was tequila tasting on the way back. When he learned my partner was sober he opted to take us on a short excursion to a great viewpoint in downtown rather than sit awkwardly through a tequila thing. It was very thoughtful of him to ask us before hand, and we appreciated the alternative he offered, rather than just go straight back and finish early. There is also a photographer along the way, which was fun to get some unexpected pictures throughout the trip without having to worry about damaging my phone trying to pull it out when we’re muddy and wet and driving!

We had a really great time on this trip. Our guide Rafael was so friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome and comfortable. ATVs are new to my partner, and Rafael showed so much patience helping him get used to it. He never talked down to us or got frustrated or seemed rushed. He took things at our pace and really made the experience extra special. The tour itself was a lot of fun, and the swimming hole in the mountains was beautiful! Part of the tour towards the end was tequila tasting. Rafael was very considerate and asked us before if we liked tequila, and we told him my partner is sober. So instead of having us sit awkwardly through a tequila tasting, he took us on an extra little drive through downtown to a beautiful viewpoint. It really tied up the end of the day nicely and we appreciated that he didn’t just take us back, but took the time we’d have spent for tequila doing something special that we could enjoy. Nothing but great things to say about our experience, and Rafael in particular.

Wow! This was the best excursion of our trip! First we had Edson as our tour guide and he was AMAZING! Seriously, this was the nicest man the we met in Mexico. First, our son's friend was with us and had become very seasick the night before requiring IV's on our cruise ship. The day before and the evening was long, but he was determined to make this excursion. When we arrived he was a little sick from the car ride, so I ran to the pharmacy and purchased some Zofran (they gave him this the night before). He took one, but wasn't sure he could drive. So we put him on the same ATV as our son and told him to let me know if he felt better and he could have my ATV. Edson was very good at showing us how the ATV's worked and made sure we had all the gear that we needed including something to cover our face in the dirt. After about 15 minutes our son's friend was feeling better. We stopped on the road and Edson explained to him how to drive the ATV and we were off. We stopped at a waterfall/stream and the boys were able to jump off a cliff into a pool of water. That was super fun for them. They also had fresh coconut. We drank the coconut water and then they cut it up for us and put some Tajin on it. YUMMMM... When we got back to the ATV's the seats were hot. Edson would turn the seats over when we stopped so that the seats were not too hot when we sat on them. My seat was behind my husband and it didn't get covered on our stop. So Edson sat on it to cool it down before I sat on it. Seriously? That was so thoughtful and we were so impressed with his kindness. The drive up was beautiful and we finally stopped at another steam where we could have lunch. We just had chips and salsa because we were on a cruise and food was not something we wanted after two days of being stuffed. But the chips and salsa were so yummy! Finally we drove back. The location is in a perfect spot, just about four blocks from the Malecon. So we were able to walk around before calling an Uber to pick us up. We have done other excursions with ATV's in Mexico in the past, but this was the best and we will definitely do it again when in Puerto Vallarta. We had four hours of riding and seeing the beauty of PV. Based on the length of the excursion and the excellent customer service, this was a great value as well! Word of advice... do the private excursions always. It may cost a little more, but you are in control of your tour. Edson was always so kind to tell us that we tell him what we want to do. Thank you Edson for making Puerto Vallarta our FAVORITE stop!

Amazing, recommend this tour 100% ! They also take pictures and had someone follow us throughout the ride taking photos and videos for us ! Sergio was the best tour guide who also took us to a spot on his own time to see the whole city from the top ! Really recommend this trip, I did not have any negative reviews for this place !

So we got there and found the guide was out sick for the day, and that the mechanic would be taking us on the trip and his English was not good. That said, Ramon (Chino) did a great job leading us on the tour and spoke enough English to help us have a great time. It took a minute to learn the gears, but we were quickly on our way. Enjoyed the ride and tequila tasting very much. Make sure to bring cash if you want pictures. A photographer follows you on the trip, and offers to sell you the pictures at the end. My only problems with that were 1. Overpriced pic, as they charge approximately 30.00 per pic, or 70.00 for all, and they email them to you to print out yourself and 2. If you pay by credit card, sometimes their machine cannot read it. This was frustrating because I gave my 500 pesos to the guide for tip, didn’t have 500 more for the one pic I wanted, and their machine couldn’t read the chip on my card, so I left without any pics. Again, carry plenty of pesos or you will end up with no pictures like me.

We took a private ATV tour with Martin and Rafer. They did an excellent job of taking us first-time ATV-ers on a scenic tour of the mountains outside Puerto Vallarta. The drive from the city center to the remote area was very safe. Martin and Rafer helped our group stay together in the traffic. When we got to the remote area, we made several stops. A small snack and restroom area with a refreshing pool and waterfall, a spot high up with a gorgeous view, down the valley, and a small restaurant with an optional tequila tasting. Back in town, we stopped at a lighthouse with a gorgeous view of the bay. All in all the entire experience was excellent, and we can’t wait to return for another tour!

Absolutely 10/10 ATV tour. Amazing, totally worth all the money. Franco (our tour guide) was fantastic and super fun to hang with as well as the others there (sorry forgot their names!) The photographer was cool too! Everyone was amazing and the tour was super interesting. We started in the city and went into the mountains, saw some stuff, ate some good food at their restaurant, and had some tequila and came back through the city. And all this was while we drove the ATV. I felt like a true local and tourist at the same time because of how safe it felt. Would absolutely recommend!

Martin was a great guide and we loved Octavio at the tequila tasting at the end. It was a great way to see the city and the mountains.

Today we did our tour with Martin. What a lovey person he is . He was so knowledgeable explained everything so clearly. Never once did he make us feel rushed, I would definitely book a tour again with this company and 100 percent recommend them. All the staff here are very friendly and know their stuff. We were a small group of 6 adults looking for some fun and scenery. We got that 100%. Staff was very attentive and accommodating to our needs as a group. We had a wide range of experience riding, at no time did anyone feel unsafe. Excellent experience- I don’t say that lightly, use this company for your Outdoor adventures!

We had a great experience on our ATV tour. Martin was our guide - he was very helpful and made sure we were having a good time. We saw some beautiful views, drank coconuts, & the tequila tasting was delicious. We would highly recommend doing this tour!

An amazing trip! The guides at the shop wisely let us know that the tour we had planned, the El Eden ATV tour, was mostly along roads with only a little time in the mountains, so we decided to change our tour to the one that goes through the mountains and Old Town. They were very flexible. Martín was a fantastic, informative, fun guide who took us to a wide variety of beautiful, interesting sites on our tour. And getting to drive an ATV through the mountains and a bustling town is just plain fun. An excellent, exciting way to explore the beauty of Puerto Vallarta!

We are a family of 5 adults on the ATV "ala carte" adventure (3 hours) with our fabulous guide, Edson! I researched several ATV Tours & chose this one because of the great reviews. We also called them ahead of time with lots of questions & they were so friendly & accommodating! We chose wisely! From the minute we showed up, we were greeted with enthusiasm by all the staff! We were so lucky to get our guide, Edson! His attention to detail & safety made the trip so enjoyable! After riding a while, we stopped at the waterfalls where we could cliff jump into the water. Our next stop was in the mountains to enjoy the great view & take some cute group photos. The final stop was at a quaint restaurant with great drinks & even tequila tasting! But our favorite part was the ride back through the city where we experienced the sights, sounds & smells of the local culture. The photographer, Robert, captured the spirit of our trip in a video & unique pictures of us! Best part is that it was only our group so the tour was very personalized to our riding skill level! Thanks Edson & Robert for an amazing experience!

Going from the city streets to the mountains; stopping in places I wouldn’t usually go. The staff was very cool and funny. Especially Octavio him and the guy on the motorcycle took real good care of us

We really thought this experience showed us unique things about Puerto Vallarta that we would have ever discovered on our own. We have been coming here for 10 years and this has to be one of the best memories for the family. Our guide Martin made us feel very safe throughout the experience.
