We had a great tour with Bridget. We walked along the river to the Shoes memorial and Parliament, and I especially enjoyed all the historical knowledge and perspectives given, as well as many small fun facts I'd definitely recommend if you want to understand more of the history of Budapest and Hungary from a local and more insight into the many monuments and statues and how Hungary has played a part in European politics for centuries. It's also very interesting to find out more about local life in Budapest The delicious strudel stop was also great, the apricot was a favourite! We love walking tours as a way of finding our way round a new city and this one was no exception. Our guide, Gabriella, was charming an knowledgable. Highly recommended.
