This was a truly excellent food tour. Dulce was a wonderful guide. We enjoyed learning about and tasting Peruvian food. The empanada, ceviche, and Lomo Saltado were highlights, but all the stops were enjoyable and informative. We thought this tour stands out because we were shown how to make Lomo Saltado, Ceviche, and Pisco Sour. We enjoyed exploring the Burranco neighborhood and seeing the squares, murals, and quaint buildings and learning a bit about Peruvian culture and history. We have been on a number of food tours in the US and Europe, and this is one of the best.Greg_T
