Tim was amazing, very passionate about the cemetery and knowledgeable, not only about the cemetery and the people buried there, but also in giving tidbits about other Savannah history regarding the people buried there. He made sure everyone was comfortable. Drop off and pickup were very smoothly done. Would totally recommend - he was born and raised in Savannah and knows his stuff!

Our tour guide Tim was fabulous ! Tim provided fascinating accounts of Savannah history and the monuments and prominent people buried in Bonadventure Cemetery. We had great communication from him on his on-time pickup at our hotel……..and he accommodated everyone with whatever drop off location they needed on the return. It was a wonderful tour !

Tim was an awesome guide. You can really tell the difference between a guide who is passionate about history and one who is reciting by rote. Tim is passionate and knows his stuff. He expelled a lot of myths . He took the time to let us know exactly when he was picking us up and where including pictures. He was very accessible by phone and text. I highly recommend his tour.

Tim is an amazing historian and guide. Bonaventure is so much more than a cemetery and he certainly brought it to life for our group. He picked us up at our motel and dropped us back as promised. He was very entertaining and knows so much about the history of Savannah and Bonaventure. The tour was two hours and I could have listened to him for another two hours! He had water for us, offered a bathroom break at tours end. Just a very considerate guide. I would highly recommend his tour, the transportation is such a nice bonus. I’d definitely do this tour again, I know I’d learn something new each time!

Excellent tour. Tim knows his Savannah history and hits all the main grave sites giving details on each. Pick up and drop off are handled expertly. You will learn a lot while seeing this one of a kind, and very beautiful cemetery, up close and personal.

We highly recommend this tour if you want to learn about the history of Savannah while visiting a beautiful and unique setting. The tour guide and operator is exceptionally knowledgeable and delivers the information in an interesting way. He also went above and beyond to help us since we did not have a car in Savannah. He picked us up from our Airbnb address, made recommendations about restaurants in the area and also texted us after the tour to help us identify the free shuttle stop closest to our apartment. He really wanted us to enjoy our stay in Savannah. We really appreciate his care and dedication.

We loved this tour. Tim had so much information at his fingertips. About Savannah as well as Bonaventure. The time zipped by and we could happily have carried on looking, listening and learning for hours more. Great sense of humour too and we would heartily recommend taking the tour

Great guide, accurate historical information and beautiful cemetery. Van was super comfy and everything ran on time.

Tim the host was well versed in the local culture, and did a great job with his standard stories as well as answering questions from our group. We saw the Bonaventure highlights, but there is so much more to explore there! As it is open to the public, next time we might spend a full afternoon there, maybe even a picnic, as was the practice until more recent times.

This was a great tour. Our family decided to meet Tim at the cemetery and he gave us specific instructions where to meet, including a map. We were able to meet in exact spot. He showed up prepared with bug spray and water for everyone. He was such a great guide. So knowledgeable about the history of the cemetery, the families there and the surrounding area of Savannah.
