Everyone cooks 5 courses (they are serious when they say come hungry- don't eat breakfast), and you can choose what you want to make for each course. Everything was very delicious, and Morning explained all of the ingredients nicely. They also give you a small cookbook at the end with lots of the recipes in it. My travel partner and I both love to cook and this was a huge highlight of our trip. HIGHLY recommend to do while in Chiang Mai, even if you do not have a lot of time.We were lucky got the day booked only two of us. We were lucky got the day booked only two of us. Noodle came to picked us up and drove to a market in the south where is a all day market with all kinds of food and ingredients. We picked Dishes we would like to cook and her husband got all the arrangements ready when we arrived their house. Before class started, we even had a plate of local fruits. We were cooking and eating dish by dish and left the house with full satisfaction:) she even gave us some tips traveling in ChiangMai, love Noodle!Noodle is amazing. Noodle is amazing. She knows what people want to cook, offers great help and fantastic recipes. They collect you from your hotel, take you with them to the market and then her home and back to your hotel. Instructions all along are perfectly clear, especially when cooking. She is super helpful and focused on her clients. Groups are small. We had 7 and based on what I saw in her home, she can fit 8. That’s great. The individual attention she offers is wonderful. Noodle speaks good English and communicates easily with everyone. She’s also super calm under pressure, as we lost power due to a rain storm, and she kept going. Whatever stress she was under, she never let it show. I booked this on a whim and I am so glad I did. It was the best afternoon I have spent in a long time. THANK YOU, NOODLE!!!
