We had a great evening tasting local foods. Our guide Christine was amazing - very friendly and knowledgeable! The food we tried was delicious and a home cooked meal in a local house was very special. A special highlight was the boat ride on the river to end the night. Would recommend!

We loved getting a chance to visit restaurants that were outside of the main tourist streets that we might normally overlook. All of the food was delicious and we ended up revisiting some of the vendors the next day on our own. Nancy was a perfect tour guide. She was engaging and we learned a lot about both the food in Hoi An as well as the culture. Her English was very good and she had a great sense of humor. My husband and I had a wonderful walking tour with Christine. We had only a short day in Hoi An so this tour gave us a wonderful view of the city, culture and of course food! Christine did an excellent job of explaining the food we were eating, the restaurant and the history and fun facts behind the food. She was so fun to spend the 4 hours with - very friendly! She brought us rain jackets for when it drizzled. We really enjoyed having a traditional meal in a family’s home (the chef / mom was so sweet!) and sitting on mini stools on the street enjoying the black sesame sweet pudding. Highly recommend if you’re in Hoi An!We had a really great afternoon with Gum trying lots of different types of food which was all delicious. Thanks for showing us places and dishes we would never have found on our own!
