Super cool experience exploring the Cu Chi tunnels nearby Saigon. Our guide could tell us a lot about the wartime and the consequences of it, even till today. The ride was comfortable and pickup was arranged. I am 193cm and did the 100m tunnel which was really do-able. Thanks to Dana for being our great guide on this trip!

Definitely an over rated tour. Although very interesting and our guide was excellent and spoke great English. To travel 2 hrs each way just to basically just crawl through a tunnel on your hands & knees. Seeing the traps & how they work was good but to me I'd have spent my money & time doing something else had I know a little more about this tour.

We were in a very small group, me, my wife and another UK couple. Our guide, Big David was very knowledgeable giving us a full history of Vietnam whilst travelling to the tunnels. At no point were we switched off. He delivered a very good mix of humour, interesting stories, opinions and facts. My only criticism is that it all seemed a little bit rushed. For example, the introductory film was skipped. His reasons were that he had already given all the information and the film is also propaganda. Nevertheless, he is a very friendly, funny guide who will happily answer any questions you may have. He finished the tour with invaluable survival tips and eating out recommendations in Saigon.

Big David was an amazing guide, taking us through the tunnels and filming for us. Amazing culture and wonderful service from both him and the driver, Mr Kit.

After being picked up from our hotel, en-route to the tunnels, we were given a brief lesson about the history of the Vietnam war. Our guide, Slim Jim was charming, funny, and super knowledgeable--what a guy! On the way we took a small detour, stopping at a Lacquerware workshop where we received a private tour of the facility, met some of the artists, and got to see first-hand how the pieces are made by hand. At the end of the tour we were given the opportunity to purchase some Lacquerware, which we did! Once we got to the tunnels Jim showed us around, explaining their historical significance and how they fit into the wider context of the war. We got to see demonstrations of the various traps used by the soldiers and we even got to experience the tunnels themselves. Overall this was a great experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide.

We had such a great day! Slim Jim was our tour guide and he was fantastic! So much knowledge and very funny too! Highly recommend this tour.

Very interesting experience. I get to crawl 30 meter long underground tunnel and it was hard and sweating experience but fun. Our guide Jason very clear English and very enjoyable to learn of the history. Our pick up was 8:15 and er were dropped off at War museum at around 2 pm. It was small group tour of 2 couples. Almost like private tour.

Very kind, helpful, funny and he has a very good and complete knowledge. • The first stop, the gallery, was very nice - pictures were wonderful. • The presentation in the Van was really interesting and we learned a lot about Vietnam history and Cu Chi, the trip went so fast. • At the Cu Chi tunnel we also learned a lot of interesting facts and it was very memorable and impressive in the tunnels.

The trip is an excellent experience. You really get the sense for the conditions the soldiers had to endure during the war and would reccomend to everyone.
