He was always happy and smiling and was lovely and friendly to us. It was lovely to get to know him as our trip continued. We highly recommend this service and would definitely use the company again if we visited Sri Lanka. They made our trips hassle free and were very reasonably priced. We were impressed with how efficient the company were when we contacted them with our customised tour of Sri Lanka via email. We Initially had a private chauffeur booked for 4 days for our honeymoon to Sri Lanka. We were provided with an excellent service so we also booked an airport transfer with the company on the 5th day. Susa drove us for 3 days and Newan drove us for 2 days. Both drivers were really friendly, kind and helpful. They provided us with information about the local places, had many conversations with us (speaking English). They were always offering to help. We were looked after very well and felt safe and happy with the service they provided. The cars were modern, comfortable, spacious and air conditioned. We had some long journeys and these were made relaxing for us (we even managed to sleep on some of the journeys). The traffic can be very busy, the drivers were also calm and careful. If we wanted to stop to take a photo somewhere the drivers were happy to accommodate this. They told us lots of interesting facts and have us tips for places that we visited. We sometimes left our luggage in the car when visiting different sites and this was secure. Susa took us from Colombo airport to Dambulla on day 1, then Dambulla to Kandy on day 2 where we stopped at Sigiriya, some temples, a spice farm, and a wood crafting shop. Day 3 we went from Kandy to Colombo, stopping at Pinnawala Elephant Orphange (best part of the trip). Day 4 Newan drove us on the South Island tour, stopping at a turtle sanctuary, a boat trip and Galle. We were very impressed and would book the same tour guides/ chauffeurs and company again in the future.salitraveler

Right from initial enquiry, Susa (the owner) was prompt in replying and answering all my queries. We did a Colombo Day Tour with Susa of Blessrilanka and Galle Day Tour with Sudashana. Believed we would have had one driver but Susa's hybrid Toyota Prius has a technical problem and had to be sent to Toyota for diagnosis. Even so, we were always kept informed of who and what time our tours will be and also during and after our tours, Susa always checked to make sure we had no issues. We had Nuwan drive us from Negombo to Wilpattu and onward to Anuradhapura. He is a wonderful driver and guide, we had the most wonderful time travelling with him. It is always great when you can converse and get local information from a native. As an added service, Susa also purchased our train tickets from Kandy to Nanu Oya and the Nanu Oya back to Colombo - no commissons charged, you just pay what the train tickets cost! Very perceptive of him to pick seats on one side and then the reverse so we get to see best of both worlds - THANK YOU SO MUCH! All the drivers/ guides were always on time, professional, happy to stop when we wanted to take a picture. Most of all the cars are in very good condition, clean and drivers are all very careful. I am still amazed by how they manage to drive in the chaos - the lanes markings are for decoration only! Highly recommend Blessrilanka if you need drivers/ guides. They are based in Negombo but can take you anywhere on the island.
